The economy of our nation has developed very fast, and people need more and more medical service. But, the basic medical system can not catch up with the development of the economy and can not fit the need of our people. there are more and more monopoly problems in the current medical system. This thesis will discuss the monopoly problems in our medical system in the view of the anti-monopoly law.The body of this thesis will develop in a way of "theory discussion—examples analysis——plan propose" and it includes four parts: The first part mainly proposed that we should introduce the anti-monopoly law in our medical system, because the anti-monopoly law is significant for forbidden the monopoly problems in our medical system.The second part mostly focused on two main types of medical monopoly problems is in our country. Two kinds of hospital can contest justly in the medical market. The big size hospitals often abuse their ascendancy. This part also includes the reasons of these problems.The third part offers several strategies for resolve the monopoly problems in our medical system,including:Enact detailed laws for enforce the ,perfect the judicail procedure and seperate the pharmacy from the hospital.
