PurposeBy investigating the serum Sex hormone-binding globulin(SHBG),testosterone, fasting glucose,TC,TG levels in women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and normal pregnant women,we want to explore the relationship between the SHBG,T and pregnancy-induced hypertension, mild preeclampsia, severe preeclampsia. We analyze the relativity of SHBG and testosterone, fasting glucose,TC,TG in pregnancy-induced hypertension, mild preeclampsia, severe preeclampsia too.Thereby we want to find a sensitive index to predict the coming on and development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and find a new thinking and approach for the pathogenetic study of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods1.experimental groupingDuring Aug.2006 to Apr.2007,We selected pregnant women who visited Shengjing hospital of China medical university and Shen yang 242 hospital. We adopt the hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy diagnostic standard of (6 edition). They were divided into pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension group 21 cases, pregnant women with mild preeclampsia 20 cases, pregnant women with severe preeclampsia 22 cases and normal pregnant women 23 cases as the control group.2.collecting sampleWe collect 3 tube(2ml)of the blood of pregnant women in obstetric ambulant clinic and ward, two for measuring the fasting glucose,TC,TG and T,another being at rest and acentried for 1 hour, and then being kept in -80℃refrigerator for measuring the serum SHBG concentration and the clinic data of patients(age, avoirdupois, stature, pregnant week, pressure, the history of delivery, the history of family and their pressure 12 weeks after delivery should be collected as well).3.index measure1.Measure serum SHBG concentration by ELISA.2.Measure the fasting glucose by the method of glucose oxidation enzyme.3.Measure TC and TG by the method of enzyme.4.Measure T by the method of chemistry shine.4.statistics analysisThe data is analyzed by SPSS 12.0 statistic software, the compare between the two group adopt t-test,the relation of two variables adopt linear regression analysis.Results1.The SHBG concentration in pregnancy-induced hypertension cases, mild preeclampsia cases, severe preeclampsia cases is significantly reduced compared with normal, and there is significantly difference between them(P<0.01).2.The level of Testosterone is significantly higher in pregnancy-induced hypertension cases, mild preeclampsia cases, severe preeclampsia cases than that in control group(P<0.05).The level of Testosterone is significantly higher in mild preeclampsia cases, severe preeclampsia cases than that in pregnancy-induced hypertension cases(P<0.05).3.linear regression analysis shows that The SHBG concentration in pregnancy-induced hypertension cases, mild preeclampsia cases, severe preeclampsia cases is significantly positive correlated with the pregnancy age.Conclusion1.The SHBG concentration in pregnancy-induced hypertension cases, mild preeclampsia cases, and severe preeclampsia cases is significantly reduced compared with normal pregnancy during the late pregnancy, and it increased with the increasing of gestational age.We consider that SHBG is likely to be a predicted index of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, and effectively cure the women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy or judge its prognosis.2.The Testosterone level relates to the ponderance of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Testosterone is likely to be an important factor in the coming on and development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.3.The coming on and development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is the result of multifarious factors.
