Objectives To investigate the clinical findings of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) and analyze the factors resulting in in-stent restenosis(ISR). With comparison of the angiography using 64-slice multislice computed tomography angiography (MSCTA) and coronary angiography (CAG). To detect the value of MSCTA for ISR in patients with CAD. Methods the patients were devided into two groups: normal group and in-stent restenosis group. in-stent restenosis group at least one braneh, the degree of the coronary artery stenosis was≥50%; normal group:the degree of all coronary artery stenosis were <50%..Then compared dangerous factors, charteristic of lesions of two groups, analysed the date with softerware of SPSS 12.0.The date of numerical variable were analysed with t-test,the date of categorical variable were analysed withχ2.We performed MSCTA in 92 patients after stent implantation, and 202 stented lesions were scanned. Two sets of images were reconstructed with different types of convolution kernels. The diagnostic accuracy of MSCTA compared with CAG was evaluated. Results There was no significant difference in age, in risk factor including (high lipidemia, high blood pressure), but in sex, in smoke two groups had significant differences. The extent of restenosis in lesion between two groups had significant difference. By MSCTA, Artery stenosis compaed to the gold standard(CAG), the sensitiveity of the detection ISR were diagnosed. Sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value were 81.8%, 98.3%, 85.7%, and 97.8%. Conclusions: Sex,smoking, diabetes and narrow extent of coronary artery lesion are the riskfaters of ISR.Our results indieate that MSCTA is a useful method for Evaluating and sereening the coronary artery stenosis.ISR can be excluded with high probability by MSCTA, A noninvasive detection of ISR would result in an easier and safer way to conduct patient follow-up.
