(2) centenarians group and the elderly, the parameters of the blood pressure group, no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure (P> 0.05), centenarians group systolic blood pressure (128.51±17.69) higher than that of the elderly group (118.56±21.05) (P <0.05), pulse pressure centenarians group (53.47±11.46) is greater than the elderly group (40.56±13.37) (P <0.05). (3) centenarians group and the elderly group no significant difference in serum creatinine (P> 0.05); centenarians urine creatinine (11548.41±5582.70) higher than that of the elderly group (8939.43±3611.88) (P <0.05) ; Centenarians group of serum uric acid (311.07±89.11) higher than that of the elderly group (134.45±59.70) (P <0.05). (4) centenarians group and the elderly group urinary sodium and urine PH no significant difference (P> 0.05); centenarians urinary potassium (58.32±28.56) higher than that of the elderly group (49.04±23.37) (P < 0.05); centenarians group urine specific gravity (1.020±0.067) lower than the elderly group (1.024±0.065) (P <0.05).
