Objective:Comparing the clinical,pathological and biological characteristics in breast cancer patients between the Uygur and the Han Women,to optimize the Uygur women with breast cancer a comprehensive treatment.Methods:stageⅠ~Ⅲfemale breast cancer patients from January 2006 to January 2007 in Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xin jiang Medical University were collected,Include which 394 were The Hans and 80 were the Uygurs,We compared the patients according to the the Uygur and the Han female breast cancer patients age at the time of attendance,symptoms found time to visit the interval,pathological type,tumor size,axillary lymph node metastasis,TNM stage,estrogen receptor,progesterone receptor, epidermal growth factor receptor,nm23 and ki-67 expression of information a comparative analysis.Results:compared with the the Hans,in the Uygurs,the youth composed a large proportion,while the elderly were rare(P =0.026);Bigger than 5 cm more common in tutor size(P =0.001); More axillary lymph node metastasis(P =0.048); StageⅡ,Ⅲplayed a main part in the TNM stagement(P =0.03); Less ER,PR positive ones(P =0.018, P=0.03);And ER, PR negative played a main part (P=0.021);C-erbB-2 positive ones were more common (P=0.026); ER positive and / or PR positive,C-erbB-2 negative ones composed a small proportion,while ER negative and PR negative,C-erbB-2 positive ones composed a large proportion(P=0.018); Nm23 protein positive expression ones were rare(P =0.005)). Symptoms found time to visit the interval,pathological type and ki-67 protein expression difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The prognosis indicators in the Uygur women patients with breast cancer may be worse than the Han ones.It indicated that the key was early discovery,early diagnosis and individualized treatment.
