The Clinic Observation Of The Treatment Of Osteoarthritis Of The Knee With The Principle Of Complementing The Kidney And Activating The Blood Self-formulated

Objective:The aim of the study was to assess the effect of hyalumnic-acid intro-articular injection( HA-IAI) added Traditional Chinese Medicine of invigorating the kidney and activating blood circulation on clinical symptoms and signs , patients with knee osteoarthritis according to deficiency of kidney syndrome in TCM to approach this comprehensive treatment of osteoarthritis of the mechanism of this combination therapy clinical use Providing a basis.Methods:The patients with osteoarthritis of the knee with deficiency of kidney syndrome in TCM were randomly divided into control and treatment groups . The control group were given the sodium hyaluronate-articular injection (2ml/of the week, for five weeks) . The treatment group were given the sodium hyaluronate-articular injection (2ml/of the week, for five weeks) added Traditional Chinese Medicine (base on invigorating the kidney and activating blood circulation with the addition and subtraction card , conventional decoction per os , once a day, for five weeks ) , The two groups were observed the points situation of the clinical symptoms and signs including before and after the treatment (After stopping one week).Result:1. Patients of OAK before treatment have knee pain of different levels , after the treatment, treatment and control groups in patients in knee pain compare to the pain before treatment was significant difference (p <0.05). 2.Patients of OAK before treatment have knee swelling of different levels , after the treatment, treatment and control groups in patients in knee swelling compare to the swelling before treatment was significant difference (p <0.05).3. Patients of OAK before treatment have knee activity by limited of different levels , after the treatment, treatment and control groups in patients in knee activity compare to the activity before treatment was significant difference (p <0.05).Conclusion:1.The treatment of hyalumnic-acid intro-articular injection( HA-IAI) added Traditional Chinese Medicine of invigorating the kidney and activating blood circulation which have characteristics of Chinese medicine , have the exact clinical efficacy, it is worth further study.2. The treatment of hyalumnic-acid intro-articular injection( HA-IAI) added Traditional Chinese Medicine of invigorating the kidney and activating blood circulation on clinical symptoms and signs can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms and joint function, and proved that this treatment is superior to the pure HA-IAI more effective than treatment alone HA-articular injection, has obvious advantages.
