ObjectivePrimary bronchogenic carcinoma of lung is the common malignant tumor in China,the disease incidence and the mortality rate of which are at the primacy of malignant tumor.Half of the patients have been in advanced at the moment of diagnosis,lose the surgery opportunity.The chemotherapy based on the third generation drugs combined platinum is considered of the best treatment for the advanced non-small cell lung cancer,however,the efficiency and the long-term effect of which is not satisfactory,simultaneity,resulting the unendurable drug adverse reaction influences patient' s quality of life and the complement of the whole course treatment.Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of malignant tumor including Acupuncture and the Herbals, basis on the principle of Differential Treatment and "Fuzhengquxie",by using diagnosis methods "observe,listen,ask,feel",modulating the "yin yang qi blood",the function of zang-fu,meridian,rebuilds the function of human body.This trail keys to studying and inheriting the academic thoughts of TCM, by combination of acupuncture and herbals,differential treatment,the object of which is to appraise curative effect of acupuncture match Chinese herbals and chemotherapy to NSCLC on the period ofâ…¢b,â…£.Methods60 patients ofâ…¢b,â…£NSCLC were randomized to therapy group,which acupuncture is treated d1 to d14,match Chinese herbals and chemotherapy basis on the third generation drugs combined platinum or the Chinese herbals and chemotherapy without acupuncture,Cycles were repeated every 21 days, total of two courses.To record symptom integral calculus,score of FLIT, CD₃⁺,CD₄⁺,CD₈⁺,contract the data and to arrive the conclusion.ResultsAcupuncture match the traditional herbals and chemotherapy to treat patients with the period ofâ…¢b,â…£NSCLC have a better curative effects on improving the clinical symptoms,alleviate Adverse drug reactions by chemotherapy After treatment,symptom scores of the treatment group is less than the the control group,with which the patient with lung cancer.Statistical significant difference is between the two groups(P＜0.05,P=0.002);The efficient(percent of markedly efficient and efficient)of the treatment guoup is hihgter than the control group(96.7%vs 90%),but there wasn' t statistical significant difference between the two groups(P=0.301,P＞0.05).the treatment group raising the quality of life,Physical well-being,ability,Psychological well-being,Hardship due to cancer and Nausea are better than the control group due to the treatment of the treatment group,statistical significant difference is between the two groups(P＜0.05,P=0.003,0.009,0.025 and 0.03),but there wasn't statistical significant difference of Social well-being between between the two groups(P=0.878).The treatment guoup can raise the cellular immunity function,as the CD₃⁺,CD₄⁺,CD₈⁺ are raise after the treatment,the CD₃⁺ have a statistical significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.05,P=0.09),but not CD₄⁺,CD₈⁺(CD₄⁺,P＞0.05,P=0.15;CD₈⁺,P＞0.05,P=0.736).Conclusions1.Acupuncture match the traditional herbals and chemotherapy to treat patients with the period ofâ…¢b,â…£NSCLC have a good curative effect on improving the clinical symptom,alleviate Adverse drug reactions by chemotherapy.2.Acupuncture match the traditional Chinese herbals and chemotherapy to treat patients with the period ofâ…¢b,â…£NSCLC have a good curative effect on raising the quality of life.3.Acupuncture match the traditional Chinese herbals and chemotherapy to treat patients with the period ofâ…¢b,â…£NSCLC have a good curative effect on raising cellular immunity.
