The Clinical Study Of Staged Acpuncture Treatment With Rehabilitative Exercises On Stroke Survivors

Objective:To observe the effect of staging treatment cooperateing with acupuncture and rehabilitation training in treating stroke physical dysfunction,and to provide the bases for formulating clinical standardized treatment scheme.Methods:60 patients of physical dysfunction in stroke recovery are randomly divided into 2 groups:the first group is traditional acupuncture group,the second group is staging acupuncture group,by according to the orders to set numbers and pre-generated random group programmes.The two groups are treated with different methods separately.One is traditional and differentiational Quxue acupuncture,the other one is phased Quxue acupuncture that is guided by the modern theory of rehabilitation,and at the same time the two groups accept the modern and comprehensive rehabilitation therapy.All the patients are treated with electro-acupuncture 30 minutes per day for 10 days,which is a course of treatment,and then have a one-day rest to go on the next course of treatment.There are 6 courses.The patients in the two groups are checked by neurological impairment,FMA and MBI score comparison,the ability to walk grading situation,and stages of comparison walking ability and Brunnstrom's staging disposition of hemiplegic limb before and after treatments.Results:Compared the patients of two groups with hemiplegia limb treatment conditions and clinical neurological impairment scores.After the trial,there were six cases of basic cures,12 cases of significant progresses,10 cases of progresses,two cases of no changes and 0 case of the deterioration in traditional acupuncture group.The marked efficacy rate was 60%.There were eight cases of basic cures,18 cases of significant progresses,three cases of progresses,one case of no change and 0 case of deterioration in staging acupuncture group.The marked efficacy rate was 86.67%,and there is a significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05) After treatments,the walking abilities of two groups were better than before, and the effect of the staging acupuncture group is better than the traditional acupuncture group.There is a significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05)After treatments,the Brunnstrom's staging and disposition of hemiplegic limb were both improved,but the effect of the staging acupuncture group is better than the traditional acupuncture group.There is a significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05)Oonclusiom:Both the staging acupuncture group and the traditional acupuncture group can improve the limbs dysfunction after stroke.But contrast with the results of neurological impairment,the ability to walk grading situation,and stages of comparison walking ability and Brunnstrom's staging and disposition of hemiplegic limb after treatment,the effect of the staging acupuncture group are much better than the traditional acupuncture group, and,there is a significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05)...
