Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of warming acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy on lower extremity spastic paralysis after stroke.Material and method:This study was from November 2019 to August 2020.64 patients were selected according to inclusion criteria from the brain K1 Department of Liaoning Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation center.According to the requirements of randomized controlled trials,64 patients were divided into control group(n(28)32)and treatment group(n(28)32)by using the method of random digital table. The treatment group selected the therapeutic schedule with warm acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training. The control group was only treated with rehabilitation therapy. Both groups were given the corresponding routine drug treatment for basic diseases and nerve medicine disease. Then the two groups rested for 1 day after consecutive therapy for 6 days. The therapy lasted for 4 weeks. In this study, three criteria were selected to evaluate the efficacy, namely, the Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS),the lower limb part of the simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment scale(FMA)and the Modified Barthel Index(MBI)to evaluate the degree of muscle tension change and efficacy.IBM SPSS statistics 25.0 software was used for data analysis.Results:1.Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS): Through the study and analysis of the spasticity rating of MAS scale before and after treatment,it is clear that there are significant differences in MAS rating between the two groups before and after treatment(P(27)0.05).At the same time, the MAS rating of the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P(27)0.05).In the treatment group, the number of markedly effective, effective and ineffective were 7,20 and 5 respectively, and the total effective rate was 84.375%;in the control group, the number of markedly effective, effective and ineffective were 2,19 and 11 respectively, and the total effective rate was 65.625%.The curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P(27)0.05).Warm acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy can effectively reduce the lower limb muscle tension of patients, and the curative effect is better than simple rehabilitation therapy.2.Simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment(FMA): The FMA scores of the two groups were improved in varying degrees before and after treatment(P(27)0.05),and there was a significant difference compared with before treatment. Both of them have positive effects on the recovery of lower limb motor function. At the same time, there was a significant difference in the scores of FMA between the two groups after treatment(P(27)0.05).Warm acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy has a significant effect, and the effect is better than simple rehabilitation therapy.3.Modified Barthel Index(MBI): The MBI scores of the two groups at different stages were analyzed to make sure that the MBI scores were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P(27)0.05).The two trearments are effective in improving the patients' activities of daily living, and there was significant difference in MBI score between the two groups after treatment(P(27)0.05).Warm acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy has a significant effect on improving activities of daily living, and the effect is better than simple rehabilitation therapy.Conclusion:1.Warm acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy and simple rehabilitation therapy can effectively treat the increase of lower limb muscle tension after stroke, and the curative effect of warm acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy is better than simple rehabilitation therapy.2.Warm acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy group was better than rehabilitation therapy group in improving the extent of spasticity, motor function and activities of daily living after stroke.
