| Research Objective:We take this issue over the same period, randomized,controlled clinical trial of the method in order to compare the effect of relevant indicators,medical expenses,hospital treatment and re-treatment rate within one month,ln this way,we get the initial clinical evaluation of the combined effects under the participation of the path of cervical vertigo in acute stage clinical diagnosis and treatment,also we will approach the clinical significance of cervical vertigo clinical pathway in acute stage.Research Methods:We select 120 cases whith meet the requirements of cervical vertigo emergency in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and the exclusion criteria for clinical cases screening.These patients were randomly divided into two groups of 60 cases.The treatment group adopted the path of dealing with principles,the main use of standardized,the system's Syndrome-type drug combination treatment and the control group used the principle of diagnosis and treatment of past conventional treatment,whith are not system and regulate.Observed the following indicators:(1)treatment of vertigo onset time,(2)vertigo improve the situation:by using visual analogue score(VAS score)before and after treatment for the effects score, the application of international obstacles to score DHI vertigo Scale (Dizziness Handicap Inventory)on the 1,3,14 days.(3)treatment observation period(4)treatment costs(including the total cost of medical expenses, inspection fees and the average cost,etc.)(5)a month Referral ratioThe Research results:①The comparison of sex,age,severity of the symptoms(DHI score)before treatment,P＞0.05,no statistical significance;②the respective VAS score comparison for treatment group and the control group before and after treatment,P＜0.05,whith were significantly.The DHI score comparison between the treatment and control groups before treatment and three days,14 days after their treatment,P＜0.05,whith were significantly. Different VAS score between the two groups before and after treatment,and compare the DHI score before and after treatment for the first,three days, 14 days,P＜0.05,whith are significant.Differences the effect of treatment, the treatment group is better than the control group.③Two groups of patients in the examination fees and other non-treatment costs compared P＞0.05,no statistical significance.In two groups of patients in drug costs,the total cost of the average cost comparison,P＜0.05,they are significant difference, the treatment group is better than the control group.④Compare two groups in the time of beginning of effect,P＜0.05,the treatment group is better than the control group.⑤The referral rate comparison in one month,P＜0.05, the treatment group is better than the control group.⑥Comparison the Observation time,P＜0.05,the control group is better than the observation group.Conclusion of the study:This subject set the patients with clinical path as Observer Group,set the patients with traditional treatment in emergency clinics cervical vertigo as the control group,we use VSA Scale pain score and score DHI vertigo obstacles Evaluation Scale as a standard,to get comprehensive clinical evaluation of the path way of vertical vertigo.Concluded as follows:Two groups of patients can improve with vertigo symptoms and quality of life,but the treatment group is better than the control group. There is no difference in in the examination fees and other non-therapeutic cost between two groups of patients,but in drug costs,the total cost and the average cost,the treatmentgroup is better than the control group.In the beginning of the onset time,the rate of referral in one month the treatment group is better than the control group,the observation time in the control group is better than the treatment group.Overall,in emergency cervical vertigo period the clinical path could improve efficacy and reduce medical costs,increased at an early stage clinical efficacy and reduce the recurrence.
