Clinical Observation Of Ligustrazin On Treatment Of Cerebrovasospasm After Spontaneous Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

Objective:To observe clinical effect of ligustrazin on treatment of cerebrovasospasm after Spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage by the change of before and after treatment of the middle cerebral artery blood flow velocity, blood coagulation, GCS score, in order to try to prove the effectiveness of ligustrazin clinically in scientific data.Methods:38 cases of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into the control group(19 cases) treated with nimodipine besides the conventional therapy and the treatment group(19 cases) treated with ligustrazin besides the conventional therapy . The middle cerebral artery blood flow velocities were monitored by Transcranial color Doppler(TCD) and the levels of tissue-type plasminogen activator(t-PA), antithrombin III (AT—III), plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 (PAI-1) in the blood were measured by chromogenic substrate method on the admission day and the 1^st, 3^rd, 7^th, 10^th, 14^th day after treatment. Meanwhile to observe the change of GCS.Results:1,GCS score between the two groups as time changes and change, between the two groups before and after treatment GCS score difference was not significant (P=0.753). 2,Two groups of t-PA increases over time, the trend growth of the treatment group gentler than the control group(P= 0.000).3,Two groups of PAI-1 were increased in the first day, then declined in the third day, the seventh day rose again, after that became a declining trend, the change in trends in the treatment group flatter significantly than the control group(P=0.000).4,Two groups of AT-III gradually increased until the third day reached a peak, after that gradually decline, downward trend in the treatment group were flatter apparently than the control group.5,All cases of the middle cerebral artery blood flow velocity change over time, the speed of blood flow between the two groups there was no significant difference (P=0.822).Conclusion:Ligustrazin have the role of expand the vasucular, control cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage.
