Objective: To study the effect of several factors with Metabolic Syndrome,compare the data of the normal people, patients with Metabolic Syndrome and the patients who die for myocardial infarction and Stroke. Methods: 6428 case were observed at some period and divided into three groups by the standard of diagnosis (CDS): normal group, metabolic syndrome group, death group, then compare their waist circumference(WC), body mass index(BMI), fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2 hours postprandial blood glucose (2hPBG), homeostasis model assessment (HOMA-IR), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL), high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP). Then divided all case into groups according age, compare the data WC, BMI, FBG, PBG, TC, TG, LDL, HDL, SBP, DBP again. Then analyse relationship of metabolic syndrome and myocardial infarction or Stroke. Results: The level of WC, BMI, FBG, PBG, HOMA-IR, TC, TG, LDL, SBP, DBP in metabolic syndrome group were significantly higher than normal group' s, HDL was lower than normal group (P<0.05 ); The level of BMI, FBG, PBG, SBP, DBP, TC, TG, LDL in death group were significantly higher than normal group' s, HDL was lower than normal group' s? The level of SBP, FBG, PBG in death group higher than metabolic syndrome group' s, HDL was lower than metabolic syndrome group' s; the Zhuang nationality' s data have no obvious difference with the Han nationality and the other nationality; physical labour' s data of WC, BMI, HOMA-IR, FBG, PBG, TC, TG, LDL are higher than the data of no physical labour' s; In the group divided according age, the level of BMI, HOMA-IR, FBG, PBG, TC, TG, LDL, SBP, DBP in the elder were higher than younger' s; the male morbidity have no obvious difference with the females; It is on the peak that the fat and blood lipoprotein singular morbidity of the masculinity when they are 50-59 years old; the females morbidity of the MS is obvious rise after her menopause ;The age, family history, smoke history, no physical work have mutual relation about the metabolic syndrome; Blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipoprotein singular have mutual relation about myocardial infarction and Stroke. There have significantly relationship between SBP, DBP with the stroke and FBG, PBG with the myocardial infarction.Conclusion: Insulin resistance have closer relation of the metabolic syndrome. The factors of the metabolic syndrome have closer relation with myocardial infarction and Stroke. The incidence of metabolic syndrome will rise gradually along with the age increase; the Zhuang nationality' s data have no obvious difference with the Han nationality; The age, family history, smoke history, no physical work have mutual relation about the metabolic syndrome ;Blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipoprotein singular have mutual relation about the myocardial infarction or Stroke, PBG was the most important dangerous factor of myocardial infarction, SBP was the most important dangerous factor of Stroke.
