The venom of the snake is one kind of natural protein, excreted by the toxic gland. It involves so many kinds of proteins, enzymes and other small molecule substances. It is such kind of animal toxin which is researched and used mostly by human until now. Hyaluronidase (HAase) is the sum-name of enzymes which can make lower-molecule effects of the hyaloplasm aches happened. HAase can hydrolyze the cartilaginous element, the vitriol cartilaginous element or the hyaluronic acid (HA) which is one kind of GAG. HAase has high medical values: it can be the assistant medicament of the anesthesia; it can apply in the tumor text according the changing of the HA / HAase; it has the effects of promoting the proliferation, melting the phlegm and detumes-cence, and also uses in the curing of intestines-conglutination and glaucoma; it can ease the damnification of lacking blood, reduce the range of cardiac muscle infarct; it has great effects in the process of fecundation.In the first part of the thesis, combined the technics of producing the thrombin-like enzyme (TLE) from the venom of Agkistrodon halys pallas to process the separated purification of the HAase, and in order to research the partly physical-chemical properties. This experiment adopted the chromatogram methods of DEAE-Sephadex A-25,CM-Sephadex C-25 and Sephadex G-75 in turn. And separated HAase from the venom of Agkistrodon halys pallas, the result of SDS-PAGE electrophoresis showed its molecular weight is about 35.0 kD and suggested that the isolated HAase reached electrophoresis-pure. The research of the physical-chemical character shows that the content of the HAase is 5.66% in the venom of Agkistrodon halys pallas, the activity of mass (u / g) is 437218.5, the most suitable temperature for the activity is 37℃, the most suitable pH is in the rang of 3.0-4.0 and 6.0 - 6.5, the most suitable concentration of Na+ is in the rang of 0.3-3.2, the Km of the HAase is 1.09×10-3mg/ml.Besides, HAase don't have the restraining effects to the Hela cell and HepG-2 cell outside the human bodies. So we can principally determinant that the HAase has no effect on the tumour cells, it will have effect to the tumour cells only in the human body and with the HA. But whether it has the promotion effects or the restraining effects should be researched later.In the part II,firstly used the neurotoxin protein of venom of the cobra for the PC-12 cell outside the body to do the quantity-effect and time-effect experiments. Adopt the chromatogram methods of SP-Sephadex C-25 and Sephadex G-75 to separate the neurotoxin protein from the cobra venom; then use the purified nerve toxin protein to make the quantity-effect and time-effect experiments to the PC-12 cell outside the body. With the increase of the concentration of the neurotoxin protein, the inhibiting effects to the PC-12 cell will increase, and when the concentration reached 200ug/ml, it can inhibit the development of the PC-12 cell totally; through the time increase, the inhibiting effects to the PC-12 cell will be greater, when the concentration of the nerve toxin protein is under 104ug/ml, in 12h, the inhibiting rate is 28.85%, and in 72h,the inhibiting rate reaches the 96.35%.
