[Objective] In basis of the previous study in 2004, this study continue to address thevariation of protion magnetic resonance spectroscopy with Selective Cerebral Ulter-deep Hyperthermia Blood Flow Occlusion in monkey after various time of blood supply block in room temperature. to determine the effects of Selective Cerebral Ulter-deep Hyperthermia Blood Flow Occlusion on the tissue and cell biochemical metabolism of monkey brain, so as to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Selective Cerebral Ulter-deep Hyperthermia Blood Flow Occlusion.[Method] Fifteen maca mulattas were divided into four groups randomly: 0 minutesUltra-profound Hypothermic perfusion group (n=4) , 10 minutes Ultra-profound Hypothermic perfusion group(n=4) ,15 minutes Ultra-profound Hypothermic perfusion group(n=4) and 20 minutes Ultra-profound Hypothermic perfusion group(n=3). After The bilateral cervical vessels of maca mulatta were blocked temporarily in room temperature , perfusion was performed with one artery as an inlet port and the same side vein as a outlet port. with this extracorporeal circulation ,the brain temperature could degree to (14~16)℃, 60 minutes later the block was moved out and the blood supply was recovered , maca mulattas revived naturally. vital signs were observed during the surgery, and the nerve function defect score was performed after surgery. The cerebral MRI and 1H-MRS were examined 24h,72h,7d before and after cerebral selective ultro-profound hypothermia and blood flow occlusion. TheMRI,and The peak of N-acetyi-aspartate(NAA), choline(CHO), creatine/phosphocreatine(Cr/Cr2.) of VOL were compare with those of control group in different time.[Results] In 0, 10 minutes Ultra-profound Hypothermic perfusion group, all three macamulattas could evived after surgery, In 20 minutes Ultra-profound Hypothermic perfusion group, all three maca mulattas dead in 3 hours ,7 hours ,20 hours after surgery respectively, so the protion magnetic resonance spectroscopy test was not performed. In 15 minutes Ultra-profound Hypothermic perfusion group , the MRI test (T1WI,T2WI)show no abnormal signals in brain parenchyma.[Conclusion] quantitative study of protion magnetic resonance spectroscopy show thatselective ultra-profound hypothermia could improve the tolerability of brain to hypoxia in the light of cerebral biochemical metabolism, 10 minutes is the golden time of Ultra-profound Hypothermic perfusion. The disability rate of 15 minutes Ultra-profound Hypothermic perfusion was high , maca mulattas could could not revived in the 20 minutes Ultra-profound Hypothermic perfusion group .
