Experimental Research On Regutating The Expression Of VEGE, Caspase-6 By Chinese Recipe HuaJiYiGanJian

Objectives:To observe the effects of Chinese recipe HuaJiYiGanJian on regulating the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),Gaspase-6 in the transplanted hepatocarcinoma 22(H22) tumor of mice,and explore its tumor- inhibiting mechanism.Methods:Established the mice model of transplantation tumor of H22 carcinomatous.Divide into normal saline contol group, Chinese recipe group, 5-UF group and combined treatment group. Compared the inhibitingeffect to tumor among the groups after 14 days administration.The methods of immunhistochemical and image pattern analysis were taken to quantitative detect and compare the expression of VEGF,Caspase-6.Results: the weight of tumor in each treated group was much less than normal saline contrl group respectively ( P<0.05 ,P<0.01).the expression of VEGF in each treated group was much lower than the control group.the treated groups could promote the expression of Caspase-8. ,there had obvious difference between combined treatment group and single treatment group on the expression of VEGF and Caspase-6.(P<0.05).Conclusion: HuaJiYiGanJian has definite antitumor effect against H22 carcinomatou.the mechanism of itsTumor-inhibiting could be correlated with inhibiting the expression of VEGF and promoting the expression of Caspase-6.
