Indexes Of Liver Function In Patients With Hemorrhagic Fever With Renal Syndrome

Objective:To investigate dynamic changes of liver function in patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome and the relation between liver function and severity of the disease.Methods:Analyze retrospectively the indexes(include Alanine aminotransferase, Aspartate aminotransferase,Total bilirubin) of liver function in fever phase,hypotension-shock phase,oliguria phase,polyuric phase and recovery phase of 32 patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome,summarize the three indexes of light-type,middle-type,severe-type, critical-type patients,make comparison between every phase and type.Other 30 healthy cases were chosen as control group.Results:1.Indexes of liver function were significantly higher in patients with HFRS compared with healthy control group(P＜0.01).ALT,AST and TBiL were respectively 133.33±52.27U/L, 115.40±42.22U/L,27.17±7.64μmol/L in hypotension-shock phase,120.09±54.29U/L, 106.00±54.29U/L,19.59±4.90μmol/L in oliguria phase,48.23±19.81U/L,41.39±17.61U/L, 15.50±3.99μmol/L in polyuric phase,48.73±14.68U/L,40.09±15.61U,14.24±4.1μmol/L in fever phase,32.77±10.44U/L,28.81±9.80U/L,12.63±2.74μmol/L in recovery phase.Statistically significant differences were observed between fever phase and hypotension-shock phase, oliguria phase and polyuric phase,polyuric phase and recovery phase(P＜0.05).2.Indexes of liver function were significantly higher in patients with all the types of HFRS compared with healthy control group(P＜0.01) and increased with the severity of the disease. Serum ALT,AST and TBiL were respectively 48.06±22.43U/L,47.28±22.25U/L, 14.62±4.03μmol/L in light type patient,7.00±45.82U/L,50.05±28.81U/L,16.05±6.34μmol/L in middle type patient,74.76±63.61U/L,66.59±61.36U/L,17.6±6.73μmol/L in severe type patients, 9.57±38.01U/L,67.23±37.83U/L,18.28±6.97μmol/L in critical type patients from low to high, but there was no significant differences between adjacent two types(P＞0.05).Conclusions:Index of liver function in patients of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome has close relation with the severity and can be served as the index of judging phage and severity. Dynamic measurement of liver function is very great value of judgment in phase and type,therapy guidance and estimation of prognosis.
