The Clinical Study On Treating Gouty Nephropathy With Shen Kang Jiang Suan Granules

Objective: This article is take the summary which the ancient and modern medicine knew to the Gouty nephropathy as a foundation, and observes the curative effect from the clinical angle which shen kang jiang suan granules treatment Gouty nephropathy﹙ GN﹚ and initially discusses it,s mechanism,providing the useful methods of TCM to treating the Gouty nephropathy.Method : Divides into two groups to 76 examples Gouty nephropathy according to the Stochastic tables law:The treatment group 40 examples and the comparison group 36 examples.Around observes two groups to treat the clinical symptom,the body drafts,Serum Uric Acid,pH Levels in Urine,24-hour urine quantitative protein,blood routine tests,renal function, blood lipid,hemorrheology,XOD and C-IV.Result:The total effective rate or The treatment group is 89.5% , the comparison group is 64.7%,there were significant differences between the treatment group and the comparison group( P<0.05) .The treatment group drafts in the improvement clinical symptom and the body, reduces 24 hours urine protein and regulates blood lipid and hemorrheology as well as improves renal function surpasses the comparison group, The result in two groups of mutual comparisons is: P<0.05. Serum Uric Acid Levels in Urine has no significant differences between the treatment group and the comparison group( P>0.05) .Restraining the level of XOD,the two group has significant differences between before and after treatments ( P<0.05) . The treatment group could decrease the level of C-IV. There were significant differences between before and after treatments ( P< 0.05). The treatment group is better than the comparison group( P< 0.05) .Conclusion: shen kang jiang suan granules has a good curative effect on the Gouty nephropathy patients.It could improve the clinical symptom and the body, regulate blood lipid and hemorrheology,improve kidney function. It could restrain the level of XOD,lower the lever of C-IV.This indicated the shen kang jiang suan granules has a better curative effect to this sickness,and is effective treatment medicine on the clinical,lower the Serum Uric Acid and 24-hour urine quantitative protein.
