People nowadays are fond of doing hair,they do hair to make themselves more beautiful;some children lack trace elements,which are important for their growth and development.We observe the hair structure with scanning electron microscope(SEM),to investigate the impact of doing hair and abnormal trace element level on hair structure. The thesis consists of two parts:Part one:The damage of perm and dyeing towards hair and the repairative effect of hair conditioner on hairObjective:To qualify the damage of perm and dyeing towards hair and the repairative effect of shampoo and hair conditioner on hair.Methods:To examine the change of hair form by scanning electron microscope.The evaluations of results were based on self comparison.Results:The hair cuticle scores of newly treated hair were higher than the same before the treatment.In the next 3 months,in each team the hair cuticle scores of using shampoo plus hair conditioner were lower than those using shampoo only.Conclusion:Perm and dyeing would lead to hair damage at different levels,the formal use of shampoo and hair conditioner in the initial period after perm and dyeing will give repairative ??effect to those treated hair.Part two:The impact of different content of trace elements on children's hair in NanjingObjective:To observe the impact of different content of four trace elements on hair structure.Methods:Select children with abnormal level of blood trace elements, take their hair from occiput both before and after treatment. Examine the hair structure with scanning electron microscope.Result:There is no difference between hair structure before and after treatment.Conclusion:The content of trace elements has no significant influence on children's hair structure in Nanjing.
