Experimental Research On He SangⅡ Gel’s Hair-blacking Effect

Objective: This paper conducts experimental research on the effect of He SangⅡgel’s hair-blacking and hair-growing, and explores new therapies for coping early grayinghair. Methods: Inspect the safety and relevant indicators of He SangⅡgel’s hair-blackingand hair-growing effect by testing coloration to the hair shed area of animals andexperimenting skin irritation.Results: animal experiment shows that He SangⅡgel canpromote the proliferation of guinea pig’s corium capillaries, promote localmicrocirculation, increase the thickness of the corium, improve hair follicle nutrition, andstimulate hair follicle proliferation and melanin synthesis. He SangⅡgel is not irritable tointact skin of guinea pigs.Conclusion: He SangⅡgel’s preparation is safe, and has aneffect to improve the hair color.
