Candidiasis is the most important reason of genital duct infection among reproductive age women.But the cause of disease is complicated and hard to recover,the generally use of pyrroles antifungal is not ideal.According to the related research from home and abroad,lactovacilli as an ecologic dominance germ in vagina has the depressant effect to candida albicans.The structure and distribution of vulvovaginal candidiasis between healthy women and VVC patients may be different.Nowadays VVC caused by incandida albicans shows rising tendency,the reports and thesis on thinning the different depression effect different lactobacilli work on candida albicans and incandida albicans arenvery few.Objective preliminarily study the difference of growth suppression different lactobacilli effect on candida by comparing the distribution and the ability of producing H₂O₂ between vulvovaginal candidiasis patients and healthy women.The growth suppression effect of lactobacilli raised on different time on candida has given theory evidence to ecological treatment.Methods 1.Vaccinate the qualifying vaginal discharge on MRS lactobacilli agar medium and CO₂ candle jar.Cultivate at 37℃test the lactobacilli species by micro-biochemical method.Lactobacilli were inoculated on H₂O₂ identification medium to identify its H₂O₂ generation.2.Select the healthy predominant lactobacilli team to test the diameter of inhibition zone it effect on vagina on different time by paper disk method.Result 1.There was no significant difference between the two teams on the positive rate distribution of lactobacilli.(P＞0.05)2.The positive rate of the production of H₂O₂ of the healthy team was higher significantly than the sick team, 14 and 6,it had significant difference.(P＜0.05)3.Three of the four lactobacilli had different growth suppression of candida,in which L.acidophilas had the greatest impact on candida albicans and candida tropicalis.And L.casei had the greatest effect on candida parapsilosis.4.The growth suppression lactobacilli worked on candida came to the strongest within 48 hours.Conclusions:1.The positive rate and distribution of lactobacilli in vagina were similar between healthy people and VVC patients.The H₂O₂ producing lactobacilli had correlation ship with inhibition of VVC.2.Different lactobacilli had different growth suppression to candida..3.The growth suppression lactobacilli worked on candida had chronergy,not the longer the better.
