object From 2000 to 2006 in Tianjin Institute of STD clinic patients with stage of syphilis,high incidence of age,gender,marital status,mode of transmission, occupational composition,education,and other characteristics of epidemiology and clinical features,diagnosis and treatment methods, the impact of exploration Syphilis prognostic factors,in order to implement syphilis early discovery,early diagnosis and early treatment,reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis to prevent the spread of sexually transmitted diseases and AIDS prevention and control measures to provide first-hand the clinical data.Method Based on the analysis of the Tianjin Institute of STD clinic patients with 651 cases of syphilis epidemiological characteristics,laboratory tests and clinical characteristics,summarized its epidemiological characteristics and clinical performance of diagnostic features.The 151 cases Followed-up for 2 years with complete information of syphilis characteristics,treatment and RPR negative impact factor is further analyzed.Results 1.Of 651 cases male patients are 403 cases(62%),135 cases of latent syphilis accounted for 20.74 percent;cases of women are 248(48 percent),187 cases of latent syphilis accounted for 28.73 percent;male to female ratio was 1.63:1;2.20～39-year-old are 403(61.90%),40 to 49-year-old are 151 cases(23.20%),50 to 59-year-old are 62 cases(9.52 percent),men and women of all ages are significant differences,3.Married 528 cases(81.11 percent)of non-marital sexual contact 509 cases(78.19%),4.Periods varying performance;5.RPR,TRUST positive rates were 70.05%and 76.25%,TPPA the positive rate was 98.92%,6.A And two initial RPR titer more significant difference(P＜0.05);7.Penicillin and minocycline in the treatment of syphilis effect is no significant difference(P＞0.05);8.Less than 40 years of age and above 40,the duration is less than three months and more than three-on-year comparison,RPR negative rate of statistical is different(P＜0.05);9.In terms of sex,whether negative complications and serum RPR is no significant difference(P＞0.05).Conclusion 1.Of the syphilis patients,men are still more than women,but the incidence rate of women increases year after year.Increase the proportion of latent syphilis,in particular women more marked increase in latent syphilis,2.High incidence of syphilis patients,aged 20 to 39-year-old is still sexually active population-based,40 - the age group and more than 50-year-old age group also began to increase in incidence,under the age of 20 Students also showed an upward trend year by year.20-age women are more than men,≥30 age group men are more than women;3.Most infected channels are extra-marital sexual contact,particularly is the students below 20-years-old have more than one sex partner.4.Syphilis easily associated with other sexually transmitted diseases at the same time,5.the proportion of highly educated persons is increasing,6.Syphilis has more clinical performance, particularly for latent syphilis,as asymptomatic carriers exist in the community is very important and dangerous source of infection.By combination of RPR and TPPA TRUST inspection,we can reduce the missed diagnosis,misdiagnosis,7.Syphilis lost cases is a problem,the lost cases have the possibility of infecting others,8.Penicillin is still the first choice for the treatment of syphilis,if penicillin allergy,you can use minocycline and azithromycin as an altemative drug;9.Syphilis patients with a serum negative reaction was the highest,fastest,and a longer period of two negative syphilis patients after treatment duration longer,Negative to spread.Syphilis patients with a higher RPR titer the first time,the longer the clearance time,and two patients with syphilis RPR titer higher the first time,the higher the rate of negative,negative, the shorter the time;10.Aged＞40-year-old patients with clinical symptoms dissipated and the RPR negative rate is below the age＜40-year-old crowd;the cases that course＜three months are one-year negative rate higher than that of the course＞three months.11.patients Sex and complications are unrelated to serum RPR negative,but negative rate of women is higher than men.
