Joint Immune Regulator Treatment About The Serology Trust Negative Rate Effect Of Early Syphilis

Object：To investigate the curative effect and prognosis of benzathine penicillin andcombination with immune modulators on early syphilis.Methods：60early syphilis patients were randomly divided into two treat-ment groups.The first group (group A,30cases) was treated by benzath-ine penicillin combined withimmunity regulator; At the same time after treatment for3th、6th、9th、12th monthfollow-up of these patients peripheral blood TRUST, The second group (group B,30cases) was treated by single Benzathine penicillin as control. Group A and group Bwere not significantly different in gender, age, marital status, residence, education, RPRinitial titer and disease staging(P＞0.05).Results：Comparison results show two group of treatment scheme：1week aftertreatment,two group of skin lesions subsided rate were86.7%(26／30) and73.3%(22／30) respectively, there was no statistically significant difference (P＞0.05)；6th、9th、12th months after treatment, the TRUST negative rate of group A significantly higherthan that of group B on secondary syphilis patients, There was significant differencebetween two groups(P＜0.05),but On primary and early latent syphilis patients, Therewas no statistically significant difference about serology TRUST negative rate betweentwo groups(P＞0.05).(due to small sample size, statistical analysis was not performed)Conclusion：This preliminary study suggests that benzathine penicillin combined withimmune regulator may an optimized treatment on early syphilis, which can improveserological TRUST negative rate, and accelerate the patients to heal. Its mechanism maybe to improve the patients immune status, improve the ability of body resistance TP,and remove syphilis antibody.
