| In this thesis, the chemical constituents of Ferula sinkiangensis have been studied. The chemical components of the volatile oil from Ferula sinkiangensis have been analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS). 36 compositions were identified from 38 chromatographic peaks, the amount of the identified components account for 92.32%. The flavonoids were extracted from Ferula sinkiangensis by using ultrasonic wave method. The flavonoids were determined with the average recovery of 98.73% and RSD of 1.04%(n=6) by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The content of polysaccharide in Ferula sinkiangensis was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. There was higher content of polysaccharide. Inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) method was established for the determination of fourteen trace elements in Ferula sinkiangensis. There was rich K. The quantitative determination of ferulic acid was investigated by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method and content of ferulic acid was 679.96μg·g-1. Ferulic acid was obtained from Ferula sinkiangensis by isolating on silica gel, and was made by IR, NMR, UV and MS. |
