Objective To investigate the establishment of better screening methods of associated proteins of small bowel transplantation rejection in rats by tissular proteomics technologies, and to screen the differential express proteins related with the small bowel transplantation rejection .Methods (1)Established and modified the skill of orthotopic small bowel transplantation in rats by Cuff tube.(2) By abstracting the small bowel tissular proteomics ,After comparative proteomics analysis the different protein spots were identified using 2-DE and MS.Results Succeed to establish the small bowel transplantation models in rats and its were more practical for the small bowel transplantation in rats. Electrophoresis figures with high resolution and reproducibility were obtained by two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis-mass pectrometry for small bowel tissular proteins in rats. Three differential expression proteins were found increasing only in the small bowel transplanted group tissue. Conclusion The modified skill for the orthotopic small bowel transplantation in rats is convenient and reliability and more suitable for clinical investigation. Protein expression is differential in transplating group and controlling group. It is hopeful to find the biomarkers related the small bowel transplantation rejection using proteomics.
