Objection: The clinical study on gastrointestinal disfunctional recovery using electro-acupuncture on "Zusanli"( ST 36), "Shangjuxu"( ST 37 )for post operation summed up the electro-acupuncture treatment advantage.Method: 120 cases patients after abdominal operation are randomly divided into 4 groups, each of them is 30 cases.electro-acupuncture group, neostigmine group, acupuncture group and control group. 8h after the operation biside received the normal treatment, electro-acupuncture group using electro-acupuncture on "Zusanli", "Shangjuxu", acupuncture group using acupuncture on "Zusanli", "Shangjuxu", neostigmine group using neostigmine inject to "Zusanli", Register the time of the first time deflation and defecation, and recovery condition of bowel sound.summed up the electro-acupuncture treatment advantage.Results : electro-acupuncture groups and acupuncture groups can accelerate the stomach intestine function rebuilding, have less time of the first time deflation, defecation and bowel sound than neostigmine group and control group. and have significant difference compare with comparison groups (p<0.05) . electro-acupuncture groups and acupuncture groups have no difference.electro-acupuncture or acupuncture on "Zusanli" , "Shangjuxu" can accelerate the stomach intestine function rebuilding, further more electro-acupuncture can easy be controled and economize manpower.Conclusion: electro-acupuncture on "Zusanli" and "Shangjuxu" can accelerate the stomach intestine function rebuilding and allay syndrome.
