Effect Of Acupuncture At Zusanli And Hegu On Gastrointestinal Dysfunction After Cholecystolithiasis Surgery

Objective: The aim of this study was to observe the effect of acupuncture Zusanli and Hegu on gastrointestinal function and related physicochemical indexes of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallstones.Records of patients with gastrointestinal function recovery time,and physicochemical indexes,to observe the acupuncture treatment of postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction recovery time and the WBC ? CRP ? and IL-6.Methods: A total of 66 patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy,including 32 patients in the experimental group and 34 patients in the control group.Experimental group:The patient fasted on water after surgery.Routine anti-inflammation(cefmetazole combined with ornidazole is preferred,and levofloxacin is used for cephalosporin allergy patients),fluid supplement and symptomatic treatment were given.Patients are encouraged to get out of bed early and receive acupuncture treatment within 6 hours after surgery.Control group: The patient fasted on water after surgery.Routine anti-inflammation(cefmetazole combined with ornidazole is preferred,and levofloxacin is used for cephalosporin allergy patients),fluid supplement and symptomatic treatment were given.Patients are encouraged to get out of bed early.Two groups were recorded bowel sound recovery time,for the first time the exhaust and defecation time,preoperative and postoperative day 1 the WBC,CRP,IL-6.Result: 1.The recovery time of bowel sounds and the first exhaust/defecation time in the experimental group were earlier than those in the control group.2.The cure rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference.3.The difference of white blood cell count,C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 between the experimental group and the control group had no significant difference,and had no statistical significance.Conclusion: 1.Acupuncture at Zusanli and Hegu can advance the recovery time of gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic cholecystectomy andpromote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.2.Acupuncture at Zusanli and Hegu can improve the cure rate of gastrointestinal dysfunction and clinical symptoms.3.The effects of Zusanli and Hegu acupuncture on white blood cell count,C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 difference after operation are still unclear,and the effects on inflammatory reaction remain to be observed.
