The Experimental Study On The Jiawei Wendan Tang To Dyssomnia Related To Stress Peptic Ulcer(Pu)

Objective: To conduct a study on the mechanism of tacking both the symptoms in the irritable PU-related of sleep disorder rats by Jiawei Wendan Tang.Method:To adopt the flooding restraint stress to create a animals model of stress ulcer and divided into blank group,the model, Jiawei Wendan Tang group, Diazepam group, Ranitidine group at random, with each group of 10 animals. Use the light microscope to inspect the morphologic changes of each group's gastric organization. Adopt the RIA law to detect Gastric juice epidermal growth factor(EGP) contents,and HPLC to detect the NE content in pituitary, and Immunohistochemical method to detect the SP expression in brain tissue and gastric wall. Conduct a comparison between Jiawei Wendan Tang group and western medicine Diazepam group,Ranitidine group.Result: Jiawei Wendan Tang can reduce the NE content in pituitary, restrain excreting cell of gastric mucosa to produce Gastrointestinal stimulating factor substance P as well as reduce the substance P content in brain tissue and stomach tissue. Additional Jiawei Wendan Tang can also increase the EGF content substantially compared with the model group.Conclusion: Jiawei Wendan Tang can regulate the internal milieu integrally and act on the nerve-endocrine secretion-immunity network in a multi-target, multi-directional and multi-level way, to realize the function of facilitating the abscess concrescence, sedative and hypnotic...
