The Quality Evaluation And Isoeffect Study On The Cardiovascular System Of Dragon's Blood And Resina Draconis

Dragon's blood (Xuejie,血竭) is a precious traditional Chinese medicine . There are two species of Dragon's blood, imported and native goods, respectively. Dragon's blood is extracted in resina with fruit of Daemonorops draco BI. Resina Draconis(Longxuejie,龙血竭), being native product, the traditional Chinese medicine Resina Draconis is extracted in bark and xylem with fat of Dracaena cochinchinenesis (Lour.) S.C.Chen. Both of them used as a hemostatic and promoter of blood circulation.There are three main parts: the over view , determination and pharmacodynamics.In the overview section, we overview the difference of Dragon's blood and Resina Draconis in origin plants,textual investigation and chemical constituent,and the same in pharmacologic action and clinical action, Last explain the purpose of the experiment.Determination of Dracorhodin and Loureirin B by HPLC ,according the result choose the best one to do Pharmacodynamics compare.The pharmacodynamics section is tested by the high, medium,low dose to study the effect of Dragon's blood and Resina Draconis on the mouses acute myocardial ischemia, thrombosis and clotting time. The results showed,both of them can improve the effective on the mouses acute myocardial ischemia, and can active supression the form of thrombosis, decurtate the clotting time, they have the isoeffect on the cardiovascular system. It supports the chinic study with a reliable basis.
