Experimental Study On The Effect Of Electroacupuncture Beishu Points To The Sex-Hormones Of Preimenopausal Rats

Objective:To observe the content changing of sex hormone in the perimenopausal rats' serum by electro-acupuncture on Back-shu points,and to offer scientific experimental basis on treating the perimenopausal syndrome.Methods:1.Female SD rats,all ovaries are removed.2.Divide all 60 into 4 groups randomly:Operation Group:To open the peritoneum,find the ovary and then suture the cut.Stimulate them by trussing up and captaring etc.and do no other treatment.Model group:Do the same operation as the Operation group but remove the ovary.Stimulate them every day by the same way with no other treatment.Acupuncture group:Electro-acupuncture at the Back-shu points to the -removed rat models.Livial group:Fill livial into the stomachs of the model rats every day with dosage of 2.5mg/kg.3.Norm determination:Content of E₂,FSH,LH and ACTH are determined by radio-immunity.4.Statistics ways:Using SPSS for Windows 12.0,analyzing by variance,t testing,t' testing,P＜0.05 there is Significant difference among the four groups.Results:Content comparison of E₂,LH,FSH and ACTH among the groups:1.E₂ was significantly decreased in the Model group compared with the Operation group(^*P＜0.05);E₂ was significantly increased in the Acupuncture group and livial compared with the Model group(^*P＜0.05);2. LH,FSH and ACTH are significantly increased in the Model group compared with the Operation group(^*P＜0.05 or ^*P＜0.01).LH,FSH and ACTH are significantly decreased in the Acupuncture group and livial compared with the Model group(^*P＜0.05 or ^*P＜0.01).3.There is no significant difference on the content of E₂,LH,FSH and ACTH between the Acupuncture and Model group analyzed by statistics.(^*P＞0.05).Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture on the Back-shu points can markedly increase the content of E₂ in the perimenopausal rats' serum.2. Electro-acupuncture on the Back-shu points can markedly decrease the content of LH,FSH and ACTH in the perimenopausal rats' serum.The treatment can adjust the sex hormone in the serum of big rats with perimenopausal syndrome.3.Content of E₂,LH,FSH and ACTH between Acupuncture group and livial group have no significan differences,the two treatments have approximate therapeutic effect.
