Study On The Distribution Of Sub-healthy College Teachers' Tradition Chinese Medicine Syndrome And The Effect Of Auricular Points Pressing On Sub-health

Objective:Sub-health is an unhealthy state between health and disease,it seriously impacts pepole' s life quality.It' s one of the focuses of the medical field because of its high occurrencerate.The target of this research is the sub-healthy College teachers,it researches the emergence state,clinic symptom,tongue coating and pulse condition,the distribution of syndrome by applying the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome questionnaires and epidemiological cross-sectional study.And then applies Auricular points pressing on sub-health to study the therapeutic efficacy.To seek a convenient and efficacious means of prevention and cure on sub-health.Methods:1 Designed the sub-healthy questionnaire,used the approach of cross-sectional study,adopted the on-the-spot investigation method,letted respondents fill in the sub-healthy questionnaire,combined the clinical examination results,judged the health status(include health,sub-health and disease).Gathered the respondent' s information material of the four diagnosis methods of the traditional Chinese medicine through doctor' s interview at the same time and carried on differentiation of symptoms and signs according to the relevant syndromes standard of the Chinese medicine.Established a data bank of the sub-healthy crowd,which was used to have statistical analysis according to their belonging to measurement data or numeration data.Then tried to study the emergence state,clinical manifestation,and the distribution of the Chinese medicine syndromes.2 50 College teachers judged to heart-spleen deficiency or liver-qi stagnation with spleen deficiency of sub-health state were divided into the treated group and the contrast group.The treated group were treated by Auricular points pressing,and the contrast group were not treated.To analysis the Auricular points pressing therapeutic efficacy of the treated group,the period of the disappearance of the main clinical symptoms of the effective cases,and the differenc efficacy of heart-spleen deficiency or liver-qi stagnation with spleen deficiency of sub-health state by Auricular points pressing treatment.Results:1 In this investigation among 620 teachers,there were 402 teachers in sub-healthy state.The prevalence rate was 64.8%.The female was more than the male(P＜0.01).Most of the sub-healthy teachers were between 25 and 35 years old.The rate was 78.6%.2 The major symptoms of sub-healthy people were:fatigue,fainting feeling,intolerance of cold,insomnia,neck ache,dry swallow,emotional instability,dryness eyes,head ache,impatient irritability.The familiar symptoms of the sub-healthy state:heart-spleen deficiency,liver-qi stagnation with spleen deficiency,spleen accumulation of damp-heat,fluid retention caused by hypofunction of the spleen;liver-kidney yin-deficiency,the deprellion of the liver generates pathogency fire,heart-kidney disharmony,spleen-qi deficiency,spleen- kidney yangdeficiency, heart- liver blood- deficiency,and so on.It showed that the nature of sub-health was deficiency;the main pathological factors were deficiency,stagnation,dampness and heat;and the location was related to heart, spleen,liver and kidney.3 The effectiveness probability of the Auricular points pressing treated group was 82.14%.In the treated group,the statistic alanalysis to the scores of the main symptom showed that there were obvious statistical diferences between the collected score evaluated before the treatment and that after the treatment;and there were obvious statistical diferences between the collected score evaluated after the treatment of the treated group and that of the contrast group(P＜0.05).Furthermore,the diferences were showed between the scores evaluated by the simplex symptom before the treatment and that after the treatment in the treated group.Those symptoms were fatigue,abdominal distension,anorexia,insomnia and multi-dreams,impatient irritability, palpitation,fainting feeling,working efficiency descent,chest distress,constipation.The efficacy of heart-spleen deficiency and liver-qi stagnation with spleen deficiency of sub-health state by Auricular points pressing treatment were all obvious,but there was no significant difference in these two syndromes(P＞0.05).Conclusion:1 The rate of sub-health status positive of College teachers were higher,it was concentrated in youth between 25 and 35 years old.2 The state of sub- status positive of College teachers were not ideal,we should interfere in different means.3 Auricular points pressing can release parts of the symptoms,elevate sleep quality and improve the physiological condition,the psychological condition of the sub-health state of the College teachers.It was indicated that Auricular points pressing can regulate the physically and mentally conditions,improve the quality of life.
