Clinical Research On The Haemostasis Esophageal Carcinoma Treated With The Meathod Of Activating Blood To Resolve Stasis And Chemical Therapy

Background:Esophageal carcinoma is one of the common malignant tumors in digestive tract.Recent reports reveal that tumor angiogenesis is necessary for growth of all-solid tumors.Microvessel density(MVD)can mirror the status of tumor angiogenesis and is regarded as the gold standard to assess tumor angiogenesis.Tumor angiogenesis is regulated by many kinds of correlative factors.Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)is considered as a potent angiogenesis-promoting factor that relates to tumor angiogenesis, infiltration,metastasis and prognosis.Taohongsiwu decoction(THSWD)has been identified as a potent prescription to treat all kinds of diseases with blood stasis syndrome in Traditional Chinese Medicine.so,the esophageal carcinoma patients who were blood stasis syndrome as traditional Chinese medical science in differentiation of symptoms and signs were adopted by THSWD to treat to observe the healing effect.So far,however,THSWD has not been studied on its effects of esophageal carcinoma.Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of tao hong si wu decoction for the treament of the haemostasis esophageal carcinoma.In addition,to observe the effective method of making three important symptoms better,and to survey and evaluate MVD and VEGF,and to compare MVD with VEGF through evaluating three important symptoms(choking feeling,retrosternal ache,spit grume)as Esophageal carcinoma in metaphase advanced stage,so,to establish the therapeutic effect of tao hong si wu decoction for the treament of the haemostasis esophageal carcinoma in further.Method:40 cases(according to the diagnostic criteria of esophageal carcinoma)were randomly divided into treament and control group with 20 cases each.And forward looking research of the 40 postoperative of esophageal carcinoma.The control group were given MVP proposal chemical therapy for one period of treatment(8days);the treatment group were given the same chemical therapy and tao hong si wu decoction,and the treatment course of traditional Chinese medicine is 8 days,100ml one time and one times one day.The patients who definited operation chemo-treament were 28 cases,the treatment group was 15 cases,and the control group was 13 cases.Got the organization of the tumour in operation,then sliced and observed the pathology of the tumour after operation.Results:There was significant difference in two groups in the choking feeling after curing(P＜0.05),the effective rate of the treatment group was 75%which was superior to the control group that was 40%;There was not significant difference in two groups in the retrosternal ache after curing(P＞0.05);There was not significant difference in two groups in the spit grume after curing(P＞0.05),the effective rate of the treatment group was 95% which was superior to the control group that was 60%(P＜0.05);The compare of MVD between the two cases:MVD(x±s)in the treatment group was 28.13±1.12,and MVD(x±s)in the control group was 31.92±1.71,there was significant difference in two groups(P＜0.01);There was not significant difference in two groups in comparing VEGF.Around treatment time in the two cases all was not to appear the obvious function exceptional in the heart,liver,kidney.Conclusion:There was dominant in the therapeutic effect of tao hong si wu decoction for the treament of the haemostasis esophageal carcinoma compare with chemo-treatment merely,especially,making the three important symptoms(choking feeling,retrosternal ache,spit grume)was very obvious.It can reduce MVD which was obvious in a certain extent;Bnt there was not significant meaning with VEGF.
