Integrated Traditional And Western Method Of Study Treatment With PCOS Caused By Ovulatory Dysfunction Infertility

Objective This subject by observing the clinical efficacy of intended kidney and adjusting Chong decoction jointed with clomiphene citrate therapy treatment infertility caused by PCOS caused ovulatory dysfunction, try to explore a more rational and efficient methods in the western medicine and TCM treatment to improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of women with PCOS.Methods Observe the collection clinical data of the Yunnan Provincial Chinese Medicine Hospital outpatient in September2010to March201260patients with PCOS patients before and after the treatment, count data show with frequency (composition%),using SPSS17.0statistical software for statistical and analytical.60PCOS patients are randomly divided into treatment group of30patients (intended kidney adjusting Chong decoction jointed with clomiphene citrate therapy treatment) and control group of30cases (treated with clomiphene), observing ovulation, pregnancy, endometrial thickness and improvement of associated symptoms. We statistics and analysis the results by statistical the PCOS patients ovulation, pregnancy, endometrial thickness and the change of accompanied clinical symptoms before and after integrated treatment.Results Integrated treatment and patients with western medicine alone, each group contain30cases with PCOS, the total efficiency is93.33%and 73.33%respectively. The former group is superior to the control group in total efficacy and ovulation rate, by the x2test, P<0.01, significant difference. Integrated traditional and western treatment improve significantly in concomitant symptoms and endometrial thickness compared with the control group, by t test, P<0.05, the difference significantly.Conclusion Integrative medicine is one of effective methods of treatment of PCOS infertility patients, studies show that choose this method by TCM syndrome differentiation, moreover by according to CC ovulation induction in patients with endometrial thickness and staging, not only can promote the patients’endometrial growth, improve endometrial staging, thereby increasing ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the patients, but also to improve the patients’associated symptoms, and reduces the recurrence rate of PCOS infertility patients, to make up for lack of conventional western medicine simply use the CC treatment of anti-estrogen hormone action. From an objective and scientific clinical research perspective, the subject investigate the scientific of this treatment method, and provide a reliable basis for the future development of effective and feasible integrative treatment of PCOS infertility patients with and is worthy for clinical use and further study.
