Effects Of Traditional Chinese Medicine With Invigorating The Spleen And Removing Phlegm On Leptin And Adiponectin Density Of Raise Preadipocyte

Objective:The aim of the study was to investigating the exudation of raise preadipocytes,including checkingt the leptin and adiponectin,further to assess the mechanism of function exertion and treatment process of adipocyte regulated by the principle of vigorating spleen and removing phlegm.Methods:In the experiment,feeding the rats with Chinese herbal medicine of vigorating spleen and removing phlegm,vigorating spleen and removing phlegm separatly,then distilling the serum of the rats,which was used for cultivating preadipocyte,checkingt the leptin and adiponectin of the preadipocyte,dealing the data with statistics.Results:1.The level of leptin of the group of vigorating spleen and removing phlegm decended obviously,however The level of adiponectin ascended obviously,compared to the blank grouP.(P＜0.05)2.The level of leptin of the group of vigorating spleen and removing phlegm decended,while the level of adiponectin ascended,compared to the group of vigorating spleen,which have no significant difference(P＞0.05)3.The level of leptin of the group of vigorating spleen and removing phlegm decended,while the level of adiponectin ascended,compared to the group of removing phlegm,which have significant difference(P＜0.05)4.The level of leptin and the adiponectin have no significant difference (P＞0.05)between the group of vigorating spleen and the group of removing phlegm solely.Conclusion: the principle of vigorating spleen and removing phlegm can decend the secretion of the leptin of adipocyte,ascend the secretion of the adiponectin obviously,and is likely to improve the matabolism of the fat,whose effect is better than the group of vigorating spleen and the group of removing phlegm solely.The experiment showed that the spleen-weak and phlegm-dampness is the main etiology and pathology of the abnormity of the the matabolism of the fat in Chinese traditional medicine,and opened out part mechanism of the treatment of the principle of vigorating spleen and removing phlegm for the abnormity of the the matabolism of the fat.Therefore,the study have significance in prevention and cure the abnormity of the the matabolism of the fat by Chinese traditional medicine.
