Compared with normal group, model group of miniature pig brain LXR- beta, the expression of ABCA1 and Apo E were significantly increased(P < 0.01); Spleen and eliminating phlegm and eliminating phlegm group, spleen, eliminating phlegm blood group compared with model group, brain tissue LXR- beta, the expression of ABCA1 and Apo E were significantly increased(P < 0.01); Spleen and eliminating phlegm blood group of the spleen and eliminating phlegm and eliminating phlegm group effect, with statistical significance(P < 0.05); Spleen and eliminating phlegm and expectorant effect, though there are differences between blood group, but no statistical significance(P > 0.05).3. Compared with normal group, model group of miniature pig brain A beta significantly higher(P < 0.01); Spleen and eliminating phlegm and eliminating phlegm group, spleen,eliminating phlegm blood group compared with model group, brain A beta decreased significantly(P < 0.01); Spleen and eliminating dampness and phlegm group effect is better than that of the spleen and eliminating phlegm and eliminating phlegm group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05); Spleen and eliminating phlegm and expectorant effect, though there are differences between blood group, but no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1. The spleen and eliminating phlegm blood can adjust the coronary atherosclerosis model Obama miniature pig blood lipid level.2. Lipid abnormalities can promote atherosclerosis model Obama miniature pig brain A beta.3. The spleen and eliminating phlegm blood may be through improving LXR- beta, the expression of ABCA1, Apo E, reduce A beta deposition in the brain, in order to reduce the expression of A beta.
