Anti-allergic experiment1.1 Effect of Xiaozhen fluid on PCA in ratsSelected the health SD rats, the rats divided into five groups at random: the normal control group, the model control group, Piyanping treatment group, Danpifen treatment group, the low dose,the middle dose and the high dose groups of Xiaozhen fluid, each group of ten. both sides of the rat' s back were injectied the IgE blood serum, after the injection, applied the medicine.
