Finally execute the male Kunming mice, Drilling the ear of right ear and left ear about at the same position with DaKongQi, Then weight the piece of the ear, Calculate the ear swelling degree and the rate of ear swelling, At the same time cut down their right ears, then observe the histopathological change and the inflammatory cell infiltration. Results The Eczema Nanoemulsion Cream could increase the time of the ear appear scab and At the same time restrain taking shape scab of ear after DNCB sensitizing the mice. It also can control skin lesions and behavior changes, reduce the irritable emotions of the mice, lessen the frequency of licking back after allergic sensitization,and good safety, did not appear the skin adverse reacation; low, middle, high concentration of Eczema Nanoemulsion Cream all can inhibit the auricular swelling, and relieve inflammatory cellular induced by DNCB, especially for the middle concentration.Conclusion:The Eczema Nanoemulsion Cream has certain function on reliving inflammation, especially for the middle concentration.
