Research Of Main Pharmacodynamics And Initial Approach Of Mechanism On WLP

The main pharmacodynamics experiments of WLP were investigated and mechanism of WLP on gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer were initial approached. The experimental results indicated that WLP remarkably reduce the gastric ulcer index by applying ethanol in rats; WLP remarkably reduce acidity of gastric juice as well as the area of gastric ulcer by pyloric ligation in rats; WLP remarkably reduce gastric ulcer index by applying ethanol in mice, heighten erythrocuprein(SOD) activity and degrade the malonaldehyde (MDA) activity of serum; WLP remarkably reduce gastric ulcer index by imposing stress in mice, heighten erythrocuprein(SOD) activity and degrade the malonaldehyde (MDA) activity of serum; also, WLP remarkably reduce duodenal ulcer area, heighten PGE2 of mucous membrane and reduce acidity of gastric juice by applying cysteamine hydrochloride in rats;what is more WLP remarkably reduce duodenal ulcer area, heighten PGE₂ of mucous membrane and reduce acidity of gastric juice by applying acetic acid in rats; WLP significantly reduce the mucosal inflammation index in antrum and corpus, thicken the PAS positive staining layer of the gastric mucosa and reduce acidity of gastric juice by applying ammonia water in rats; WLP significantly reduce the mucosal inflammation index in antrum and corpus, thicken the PAS positive staining layer of the gastric mucosa and reduce acidity of gastric juice by applying sodium salicylate in rats; WLP could depress times of writhing response induced by acetic acid (0.6%)in mice; WLP could prolonged the incubative stage of algaesthesis .
