In this study, we made use of transrectal ultrasound(TRUS) and endorectal coil magnetic resonace imaging(endoMRI) to perform prostate TRUS with ESADTE-DU-8,MRI and single voxel 1HMRS with Philips Intera A chieva 1.5 Tesla whole body nuclear magnetic resonace imaging formator.Then underwent TRUS guided prostate biopsy,at last,explore the value of TRUS combined with biopsy and endoMRI combined with magnetic resonace spectrum(MRS) in diagnosis prostate disease. The study was divided into three parts:Part One:Preliminary Assessment Of Diagnosis Value In Prostatic Disease Under TRUS and PSA.Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of in prostatic disease under TRUS and TRUS combined with PSA(contain tPSA,f/tPSA,PSAD).Materials and Methods: 66 patients who suffered from prostatic disease or whose PSA>4ng/ml underwent TRUS and PSA,the results were compared with the pathology. Result:The degree of accuracy in diagnosis prostate disease with TRUS and PSA(contain tPSA,f/tPSA,PSAD) were 78.79% and 83.33%, while TRUS combined with PSA(contain tPSA,f/tPSA,PSAD) were 87.88%, there was significant difference of detecting rate between TRUS and TRUS combined with PSA(Paired-Samples T Test , P<0.05). Conclusion: There was significant difference of detecting rate between TRUS and TRUS combined with PSA(contain tPSA,f/tPSA,PSAD) .The diagnosis accuracy of TRUS can be enhanced by combing with PSA(contain tPSA,f/tPSA,PSAD). Part Two:Explore the Diagnosis Value In endoMRI and MRS.Objective:To Discuss the diagnostic value of prostatic disease under endoMRI and endoMRI combined with MRS.Materials and Methods: 50 patients who suffered from prostatic disease or whose PSA>4ng/ml or who had be suspected prostate nodulers by TRUS or by digital rectal examination , the results were compared with the pathology. Result:The degree of accuracy in diagnosis prostate disease with endoMRI and MRS were 88.00% and 88.00%, while endoMRI combined with MRS were 92.00,%,but there was not significant difference of detecting rate between endoMRI and endoMRI combined with MRS. Conclusion: The diagnosis accuracy can be enhanced by combing endoMRI with MRS.Part Three:Contrast Study of the Diagnosis Value In TRUS combined with biopsy and endoMRI combined with MRS.Objective:To contrast the diagnostic value in prostatic disease under TRUS combined with biopsy and the value in endoMRI combined with MRS.Materials and Methods: 40patients who had be suspected prostate nodulers on TRUS or by digital rectal examination or whose PSA>4ng/ml performed TRUS,TRUS guided prostate biopsy,endoMRI and MRS.the results were compared ith the pathology. Result:The degree of accuracy in diagnosis prostate disease with TRUS and endoMRI were80.00%,82.50%,while the degree of accuracy of TRUS combined with biopsy and endoMRI combined with MRS were 95.00,% and87.50%. After combining the four methods,the diagnositic accuracy was 97.50%. Conclusion: The diagnosis accuracy can be enhanced by TRUS combined with biopsy or be enhanced by TRUS combined with biopsy,endoMRI,MRS.
