Study On The Cinobufacini Injection Of Cold And Hot Properties Of Chinese Herbs

Objective:The purpose of our study is to discern properties of Cinobufaini(Cino) is cold or hot,and discuss weather curative effect of Cino is advantage to some group. Then expect to guide its clinical practice and promove general effect.Methods :1. Observe effects of Cino on correlate index of experimental rats: male Wistar rats were divided in to four groups:some were given with kinds of cold Chinese herbs to produce model of cold-syndrome. Some were given with kinds of hot Chinese herbs to produce moedl of heat-syndrome. And infused Cino is Cino group,the rest is blank group. The weight , contents of blood serum thyrotropic-stimulating hormone(TSH) and adrenaline(ADR) of model rats were observed at the process of producing model and the treatment of medicine.2.Establishment of male wistar rat model bearing walker-256 subcutaneous transplantation tumor were divided in to three groups:all. In group 1 were given NS. Group 2 were given hot Chinese herbs. Group 3 were give cold Chinese herbs. All observed effects of cold and hot Chinese herbs on tumour growth ,through measure the weight and volume of subcutaneous transplantation tumor after 14 days. Male wistar rats were divided in to three groups,who established subcutaneous transplantation tumor after had made the model of blank, heat-syndrome and cold-syndrome. The bearing cancer group were given NS. In heat-syndrome of bearing cancer group were given hot Chinese herbs and cold-syndrome of bearing cancer group were given cold Chinese herbs. Then study the effects of heat-syndrome and cold-syndrome on tumour growth after 14 days.3.Male wistar rats were divided in to four groups,who established subcutaneous transplantation tumor after had made the model of blank, heat-syndrome and cold-syndrome. The bearing cancer group were given and infused NS. The bearing cancer with Cino were given NS and infused Cino. The heat-syndrome of bearing cancer with Cino were given hot Chinese herbs and infused Cion. The cold-syndrome of bearing cancer with Cion were given cold Chinese herbs and infused Cion. Then the effects difference of Cino on the cold-syndrome and heat-syndrome of bearing cancer were observed.4.Collected the data of the number of 224 primary liver cancer patients,observered the differents of color,RGB in tongue and symdrone after ivgtted Cino. Results: 1. The weight of heat-syndrome group marklyed decreased as compared with blank group and Cino group(P<0.05).The TSH difference after treatment of the cold-syndrome group marklyed decreased as compared with the blank group and the heat-syndrome group. The heat-syndrome group marklyed increased as compared with the blank group. The Cino group marklyed decreased as compared with the heat-syndrome group(P<0.05).The ADR difference after treatment of the Cino group and cold-syndrome group markedly decreased as compared with the blank group and heat-syndrome group(P<0.05).2. Compared with the weight and volume of subcutaneouly tumour, the group of bearing cancer , bearing cancer with hot-syndrome and cold-syndrome have not differents.(P>0.05).The hot and cold body constitution have not influence in tumour growth.3.Compared with the weight and volume of subcutaneouly tumour,the group of heat-syndrome of bearing cancer with Cino and bearing cancer with Cino markedly decreased as compared with the bearing cancer group and cold-syndrome of bearing cancer with Cino(P<0.05).4.The tongue colour R of patients of primary liver cancer have changed after ivgtted Cino.(P<0.05).Conclusions: 1. The TSH ,ADRcontents of the model of heat-syndrome rats have not increased obviously. And the differences of TSH and ADR contents were similar with the cold Chinese herbs after infused Cino. It suggests that the property of Cino is cold.2. The Cino could restrain the growth of tumour.3.The weight and volume of tumour in heat-syndrome of bearing cancer with Cino markedly decreased as comparred with other groups. The Cion could increase the growth of tumour in cold-syndrome group.4. The tongue colour R of patients of primary liver cancer have changed after ivgtted Cino. It suggests that the property of Cino is cold. Weather it could suit cold-syndrome patients need study further.
