The Investigation On The Correlations Of The Defluxion Of Intrauterine Contraceptive Device After Induced Abortion

Objective:To observe the influence of IUP on IUD aversion IUD is placed immediately after the induced defluxion and IUP is surveyed separately fore-and-aft the placement of IUD.This study discovers that IUD defluxion was influenced directly by IUP and the correlation factor which affects IUP.On the other hand we want to search the reasons that make IUD replaced from uterus by interview the stabiliy of IUD,so we hope to find effective measures to reduce the ratio of the aversion of IUD.Study design:A total of 130 female patients who were in early pregnancy within 56 days and on average age of 32.8(24～40)were selected and their embryo pouch size(or embryo bud length)matched the days of menorrhea.Patients were labeled into successful group(115 people)and defeat group(15 people)according to the IUD aversion.The IUP of two groups were compared for IUP' s effect on IUD aversion.After getting the liquid of intrauterine cavity,we centrifuge it and use the ElISA to measure the content of PGE₂ and PGF₂αthen search the changing rule of them.So we could find the influence of the inside uterus circumstance change on the IUD defluxion and testify the reasons that make the IUD aversion.Result:In the part of clinic,IUP is raised fore-and-aft the placement of IUD in both groups,and successful group's IUP is lower than the defeat group.It is discovered that successful group's IUP is higher than defeat group.From study of factors that affect the IUP we found the age menstrual blood volume and algomenorrhea have obviously effected the IUP.Well others such as the first menstruation age,patients' depths of intrauterine cavity,the quantity of blood in the abbortion,the length of catamenia period,the length of catamenia and time of abbortion and pregnancy do not have much effect the IUP.After we finished the one year follow-up visit,we found the IUD defluxion was connected with the kind of IUD,the shape and size of uterus,times of pregnancy,age(the age of 30-36 years has the highest rate on the IUD defluxion)and the time after placed the IUD are all effect the IUD defluxion,ln the part of experiment, we found PGE₂ and PGF₂αdo not have much diffent before placed the IUD. But they are both rose higher after we put the IUD into uterus.PGE₂ of the two groups are same before we put the IUD into uterus,well PGF₂αis different,the failed group has higher levelthan the succsed group.And after the IUD has been put into uterus,the change of the two PGs rose much higher in failed group than in the successful group.So we can make a conclusion that PGE₂ and PGF₂αtogether effect the IUP and lead the IUP become higher than before,at last the IUP that rose obviously make the IUD aversion.Conclusion:The IUP,one of the factors that affect the IUD defluxion can be measured and used to anticipate the possibility of the IUD defluxion.But the IUD defluxion is caused by many factors,because they can make the IUP exchanging and lead to the IUD defluxion.That make the IUP would not be a simple agent of biodynamics affects the IUD.So when detecting the IUP we shoud think of the factors that affece IUP.During the follow-up visit,with the factors affect on the IUD,the IUD defluxion become a resalt with multiple factors.PGE₂ and PGF₂αmake the change of the IUP together,then we can explane reasons of the IUD defluxion from the angle of Physiology.All in all,factors that lead the IUD aversion are not only one so we should consider the reasons of IUD aversion from various affects.In order to bring much convenience to the women who use the IUD,we need more study on this.
