Objective: Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is the peculiar and multisyste injury disease in pregnancy, Which is a common cause of maternal death and leading cause of maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality. Morbidity is 7-12%[1], many pathogenesis have been described about etiological of the disorder, and the uterine placenta ischemia theory, the uterine placenta hypoxia theory, blood vessel endothelium dysfunction theory has been universally accepted. It is accepted that superfi- cial implantation of placenta and poorly transformed spiral arteri- es.Some investigations indicated that endothelial dysfunction and defective endovascular invasion of cytotrophoblast are central etiology and pathology of hypertensive disorder complicating pr- egnancy. Recent data suggest that placenta growth factor has been implicated in the pathophysiology of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. We investigated the expressions of Flt-1 proteinum on placenta and PLGF, sFlt-1 in peripheral blood of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, to offer more information for discussing the relationship between PLGF, sFlt-1 and Flt-1 with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods:1 Select 30 women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy including 15 women with mild preeclampsia, 15 wo- men with severe preeclampsia and 15 women without preeclamp- sia were selected as study groups and control groupe. The Cases come from department of gynaecology and obstetrics of Hebei Medical university No.3 Hospital.2 The serum levels of sFlt-1 and PLGF were detected by enz- yme linked immunosorbent assay technique.Immunohistochemistry and analyse were used to detect Membrane-bound Flt-1 contents and distribution in the placenta tissue.Results:1 The serum level of PLGF of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy was 240.25±75.65pg/ml, mild preeclampsia group was 302.46±53.82pg/ml,severe preeclam- psia was 178.05±25.84pg/ml, control group was 466.78±143.67pg/ml. The results showed that the serum PLGF levels of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group were relati- vely lower than those of control group (P<0.05) and that there were significant differences between the mild preeclampsia group, sever preeclampsia and control group.2 The serum level of sFlt-1 of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy was 8474.33±3084.17pg/ml, mild preeclampsia group was 5459.39±399.07pg/ml,severe preeclampsia was 11489.26±257.39pg/m, control group is 1985.74±370.07pg/ml. The results showed that the serum sFlt-1 levels of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group were relatively higher than those of control group (P<0.05) and that there were significant differences between the mild preeclampsia group, severe preeclampsia and control group.3 In placentas positive staining was detected predominantly in the membranes and endochylema of syncytiotrophoblast cells and blood vessel endothelium cell. There were no obviously difference expression about the localization of Flt-1 between the mild preeclampsia group, sever preeclampsia and control group.4 The contents of membrane-bound Flt-1 in placenta of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy groups were relat- ively lower than that of control group. There were significant differences of membrane-bound Flt-1 contents between the mild preeclampsia, severe preeclampsia and control group.(P<0.05).5 The ratio of the sFlt-1concentration and the PLGF in serum of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is relatively higher than that of control group (P<0.05) and there were signifi- cant differences between the mild preeclampsia, severe preecla- mpsia and control group. (P <0.05)Conclusion:1 The serum PLGF of each hypertensive disorder complicat- ing pregnancy groups were relatively lower than those of control group. There may be an association between hypertensive disord- er complicating pregnancy and PLGF.2 The serum sFlt-1 levels of each hypertensive disorder compl- icating pregnancy groups were relatively higher than those of control group. sFlt-1 may be related to hypertensive disorder co- mplicating pregnancy.3 The contents of membrane-bound Flt-1 in placenta of pree- clampsia groups were relatively lower than that of control group Membane bound Flt-1may relate to hypertensive disorder comp- licating pregnancy.4 The ratio of the sFlt-1 concentration and the PLGF levels in serum of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy groups is relatively higher than that of control group.Disequilibrium of sFlt-1/PLGF may contribute to hypertensive disorder complicat- ing pregnancy.
