| Objective:To study the effects and mechanisms on Kui Yang Ping of the rats on promoting gastric ulcer healing by establishing experimental chronic ulcer models.This study can provide scientific theories and experiment evidences for the clinical use of Kui Yang Ping to treat the diseases of gastric ulcer.Methods:We selected Wistar rats as the study object,And the ulcer model were duplicated by local application of acetic acid solution to the serosa of either the stomach that was produced,by Okabe.We observed the preventing and treating action on gastric ulcer of Kui Yang Ping and the pathologic morphous.We also detected the mucago content and the blood flow of gastric mucosa,the content and the pH of gastric fluid and the activity of pepsin,the contents of MDA and NO and the activity of SOD,and the expression of EGF and EGFR mRNA in gastric mucosa around the ulcer.Results:Kui Yang Ping played a promoting role on the gastric ulcer healing process(compared with model group,P＜0.05).And it could inhibit the development of gastric ulcer,the,inhibition ratio of low,middle and high dose of Kui Yang Ping groups to gastric ulcer were respectively 28.43%,66.72% and 92.26%.Kui Yang Ping could decrease the numbers of dilated gland (compared with model group,P＜0.001)and the numbers of inflammatory cells (compared with model group,P＜0.001),and increased the thickness of regenerative mucosa(compared with model group,P＜0.05)and the numbers of micrangium(compared with model group,P＜0.001).Kui Yang Ping could increase the mucago content of gastric mucosa(compared with model group,P＜0.01)and the blood flow of gastric mucosa(compared with model group,P＜0.05).Kui Yang Ping could decrease the content of gastric fluid(compared with model group,P＜0.01),and decreased the activity of pepsin(compared with model group,P＜0.05).Kui Yang Ping could decrease the contents of MDA(compared with model group,P＜0.01),and increased the activity of SOD(compared with model group,P＜0.01)and the contents of NO(compared with model group,P＜0.05)Kui Yang Ping could make the expression of EGF and EGFR mRNA up in gastric mucosa around the ulcer (Compared with model group,P＜0.01).Conclusion:Kui Yang Ping played a promoting role on the gastric ulcer healing process.The Effective Mechanisms might relate to relieving the gastric mucosa injury,enhancing the defence ability of gastric mucosa, elevating the quality of ulcer healing,enhancing the the expression of EGF and EGFR mRNA in gastric mucosa around the ulcer to promote the proliferation and the reparation of epithelial cell in gastric mucosa. |
