Objective 1.Analyze the injury mechanism of tibial plateau fracture by combining the Schatzker type and Compare the influence to knee joint function to find the greatest type;2.To research a reasonable therapeutic regimen for tibial plateau fracture; 3 Listing the fracture of posterior tibial plateau to revoke the clinician to emphasis and inprove the cure effectMethod Select the patients whose one tibial plateau were broken must be operated and put them into seven groups according to their X films ,CT and three-dimensional reconstruction before the operation .group 1: Split fracture of the lateral tibial plateau without depression;group2 Split depression of the lateral tibial plateau;group3 Lateral depression;group4 Medial tibial plateau fracture;group5; Bicondylar fractures but Metaphysis is still in continuity with the diaphysis group6 Bicondylar fractures and Metaphyseal fracture that separates the articular surface from the diaphysis.;group7 posterior condyle fracture .Follow-up visit the patients and compare the function of the broken knee.Result We can find the great difference between the group 1,2 and group 5,6 by statisically analysesing the evaluation of knee joint function of the first six groups (p<0.05) and the sixth group is worst.The posterior condyle fracture are not common easy to be ignored and damage the knee function.Conclusions 1.Group 6 influent the function of knee greatest. 2.A good therapeutic regimen of tibial plateau fracture must include:consummating the check before the operation ,accurate typing ,making the plan of therapy ,taking a reasonable operation , doing functional exercise actively after operation .3.The posterior condyle fracture are not common easy to be ignored and damage the knee function.
