Objective: the clinical significance of early CPM exercise on rehabilitation ofknee joint function after tibial plateau fractures operation, through the observation afteropen reduction and internal fixation with CPM passive functional exercise in earlyrehabilitation of tibial plateau fracture, to assess the therapeutic effect of CPM andclinical advantages, tibial plateau fracture for early postoperative rehabilitation to explorea the more reasonable treatment plan, to restore limb function in a short timeMethod: select2012September to2013September were treated in our hospital inbone surgery patients with tibial plateau fractures using92, were randomly divided intotwo groups, the observation group of46cases,46cases in the control group, two groupsof patients were treated by CPM operation, observe the passive functional exercise2weeks group then, the control group were treated with active functional exercise, twoweeks after discharge from the two groups underwent active functional exercise, observation time for first days,3days after the operation,5days,7days,14days,January, February, March, to observe the limb at each observation point in time recovery, the main index there is activity of knee joint, femoral head four muscle, pain, function, the overall effect of the objective evaluation of the two treatment effects on recovery ofpatients with knee surgery after tibial plateau fractures.Result.1, the two groups of patients with pain scores and compared, in the first day afteroperation, the observation group control group score is0, no meaning; in the score ofthird days, fifth days can be seen, the patients in control group were lower than those of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant, P <0.05, comparisonpatients in pain on the third day and fifth day loss than the observation group. In seventhdays, fourteenth days and the first month of the score can be seen, no difference betweenthe group and the control group were observed, P>0.05, no statistical significance. Afterthe February and March, in the observation group was significantly better than thecontrol group, P <0.05, with statistical significance, that after February and the March, the observation group pain better, faster recovery.2, the two groups of patients with leg function score and carries on the comparison,in the first day to two months after operation, the observation group, control group scoreis0, meaning that no; knee joint function in patients with slow recovery. After the March, began to two groups of patients with leg function recovery, patients in the observationgroup function score was significantly better than the control group, P <0.05, withstatistical significance, that after March, the observation group compared with the controlgroup, the functional recovery, has certain clinical significance.3,the two groups of patients with muscle score and carries on the comparison, inthe first day after operation, third days, the observation group control group score is4, nomeaning; from the beginning of the fifth day, the observation group was significantlybetter than the myodynamia score as many group, until fourteenth days later, two groupsof patients with muscle are a good recovery. The results show that the observation grouppatients in early CPM patients in the observation group exercise, muscle strengthrecovery rate than the control group.4, the two groups of patients with muscle score and carries on the comparison, inthe first day after operation, third days, the observation group control group score is4, nomeaning; from the beginning of the fifth day, the observation group was significantlybetter than the myodynamia score as many group, until fourteenth days later, two groupsof patients with muscle are a good recovery. The results show that the observation grouppatients in early CPM patients in the observation group exercise, muscle strengthrecovery rate than the control group. Conclusion: in the clinical trial was conducted for a period of one year, theimplementation of the test early CPM exercises on the tibial plateau fracture patients, anddiscuss the differences between the activity of knee joint, femoral head four muscle, pain, function, objective evaluation of the overall effect and the traditional independentexercise, results show good in the reaction activity of knee joint, femoral head fourmuscle, pain, function, objective evaluation of the overall effect of early exercise onCPM. Is worthy of clinical application.
