Objective1. Combine Schatzker type, analysis of damage mechanism of fracture of tibial plateau and compare each model about knee level Section function influence, find out the biggest impact of the type1; Article2. For tibial plateau fractures to explore a more reasonable treatment solution.MethodsThe Affiliated Hospital of Tai’an Medical College within one year of knee joint fracture statistic, classify according to different types. Select the patients whose one tibial plateau were broken must be operatedand put them into seven groups according to their X films,CT and three-dimensionalreconstruction before the operation.group1:Split fracture of the lateral tibial plateauwithout depression;group2Split depression of the lateral tibial plateau;group3Lateral depression;group4Medial tibial plateau fracture;group5;Bicondylar fractures but Metaphysis is still in continuity with the diaphysis group6Bicondylar fractures and Metaphyseal fracture that separates the articular surface from the diaphysis.;group7posterior condyle fracture.We need to follow up in a year’s time. During follow-up, pay attention to ask the time and duration of weight-bearing exercises with rehabilitation training process, have no again accident. A note of X-ray were regularly review, statistical fixation fracture without displacement, callus formation time. Until the patients recovered fully functioning joint independent life. Follow-up attention of removing internal fixation of the quality of life of the patients after operation. Classified according to each adjacent joint fracture, and compare the differences of internal fixation or influence the fracture site of joint function, and statistical analysis.ResultsWe can find the great difference between the group1,2and group5,6by statistical-ly analysesing the evaluation of knee joint function of the first six groups(p<0.05)and the sixth group is worst.The posterior condyle fracture are not commoneasy to be ignored and damage the knee function.Conclusion1.Group6influent the function of knee greatest.2.A good therapeuticregimen of tibial plateau fracture must include:onsummating the check before theoperation,accurate typing,making the plan of therapy,taking a reasonable operation,doing functional exercise actively after operation.3.The posterior condyle fracture arenot common easy to be ignored and damage the knee function.4. Near knee joint fractures influence on joint function mainly type straight joint dysfunction is given priority to, so the function recovery of the whole process should be in flexion knee joint functional exercise as the main content.5. Effect of different internal fixation methods on joint function is different, but early minimally invasive strong internal fixation and early postoperative rehabilitation comprehensive measures is still nearly achieve good functional recovery of articular fracture.6. Internal fixation of postoperative incision suture removal that is discharged from the hospital, limb functional exercise lost staff guidance and supervision, missed the right exercise or activity blindly can not get ideal curative effect is not ideal joint function recovery is an important factor.
