With this trend and using computer as training assistant in nursing and medicine teaching, the simulated training is implemented using virtual reality technology of computer. It demonstrates the scene of combat utilizing virtual reality technology and simulates different combat casualty care. The operator can practise in the simulated actual combat. The system of the simulated training can offer different wounded person with different injury, and simulates different rescue of the wounded. In this way,the ability of the rapid estimation and rescue can be improved.This system of the simulated training using virtual reality display the scene of the battlefield, and design different injury of the wounded. The injury and treatment is simulated in cartoon. The aim of the training can be realized by human-computer interaction. The operator can experience the processing of the combat casualty care directly and improve their abilities of rescuing the wound in emergency circumstances.This article introduced the content of the five skills about rescue and the treatment of war wound. The five skills simulation concept and its superiority, thus proposed simulates the five skills training system using virtual reality the viewpoint. The article introduced the virtual reality in the various countries'military development and application, proposed the computer simulate the military training the superiority and feasibility. There are detailed introduction design of this system and related knowledge and elementary operation about the development kit Director MX 2004 and Flash 8 .Then introduced the system hardware development environment and the software development environment. This article introduced detailed design of the system in detail. This article designs the system module including searching the wounded, tool choice, the rescue sequence of the wounded, the cure sequence of the injury, the examine evaluation and the scene switch.
