Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Prematureejaculation With Syndrome Of Deficiency And Yang Excess By Ningxingu Xietang

Objective:Through observating the clinical effect of traditional chinese medicine "Ningxinguxietang" treating premature ejaculation with yin deficiency and yang excess,to observe ejaculation latency of patients,satisfaction of patients and their spouses on the sexual life after treatment,et al,and to find a new therapy of premature ejaculation with traditional chinese medicine.Methods:Choosing 90 cases of patients,who were patients with syndrome of yin deficiency and yang excess,were randomized into treatment group and control groupⅠandⅡ.The treatment group was used "Ningxinguxietang";the control groupⅠ:taking Trazodone hydrochloride tablets;the control groupⅡ:taking Zhibaidihuangwan.Four weeks was a course of medical treatment,seven days was a referral.The results were analysized and statisted at the end of treatment.During treatment,requiring to suspend other relevant medicines and therapy;Time,frequency,methods and habits of sex life were remained,but given the necessary guidance of accuracy skills.After treatment,three groups were followed up and detected ejaculation latency,satisfaction of patients and their spouses on the sexual life, and wrote down medicine side effect during three months.Results:1.The average ejaculation latency of the treatment group,control groupⅠandⅡhad more significant difference(P＜0.05),the average ejaculation latency of the treatment group was obviously superior to the control groupⅠandⅡ.It showed that traditional chinese medicine "Ningxinguxietang" could significantly prolong ejaculation latency of Patients.2. The average satisfaction of their spouse in the three groups,had more significant differences (P＜0.05),The treatment group increased satisfaction of their spouses on the sexual life,which was superior to the control groupⅠandⅡ.It showed that "Ningxinguxietang" could significantly improve the satisfaction of their spouses.3.The onset time of treatment in the three groups had more significant difference(P＜0.05).In the treatment group,the number of cases rising in two weeks was higher than the control groupⅠandⅡ.It showed that "Ningxinguxietang "could obviously accelerate the onset time.4.The satisfaction of patients in the three groups had significant difference(P＜0.01),the treatment group was significantly better than the control groupⅠandⅡ.5.The recent cure rate in the three groups had significant differences(P＜0.05).The recent cure rate and the total efficiency of the treatment group were better than the control groupⅠandⅡ.The recent cure rate of the treatment group was 53.3%,and the total efficiency was 93.3%.In the control groupⅠ,the recent cure rate was 30.0%,the total efficiency was 76.7%.In the control groupⅡ,the recent cure rate was 23.3%, and the total efficiency was 73.3%.In addition,it was stated that patients in the three groups were with the extension of the ejaculation latency,their self-confidence had been strengthened,the tension and anxiety of the sexual life had been significantly eased,and the control ability to ejaculation had been greatly enhanced,and the treatment group was best in three groups.Conclusion:By using traditional chinese medicine "Ningxinguxietang" to treat premature ejaculation with syndrome of yin deficiency and yang excess,the treatment group was superior to the control groupⅠandⅡ.It could significantly prolong ejaculation latency and improve satisfaction of patients and their spouses on the sexual life,even could improve the control ability to ejaculation,ease tension anxiety,and reduce medicine side effect.
