Efficacy Of Dapoxetine Hydrochloride Tablet On Newly-married Premature Ejaculation: A Clinical Observation

Newly-married premature ejaculation is to refer to couples that have no premarital sex experience,married or living together in a short period of time(3 months to 1 year)caused by premature ejaculation sex fail or cannot achieve satisfactory sex life.Newly-married premature ejaculation includes all lifelong premature ejaculation and part of acquired premature ejaculation that caused by psychological factors,prostatitis or urinary tract infection.In our country,due to the lack of knowledge on sex education,unmarried men and women lack of correct understanding of sex;in the same time,because of nervous on the first time of sexual intercourse,most of men appear premature ejaculation.Newly-married premature ejaculation caused huge psychological strike on patient,often make negative emotions on them,and even flee sexual activity;May also bring serious spirit and depress on spouse,induce female sexual dysfunction.And negative emotions on both of couples leads to further increased the occurrence of premature ejaculation,resulting in a vicious cycle,secondary erectile dysfunction,and even lead to divorce.So this kind of patient desire more urgent,need more effective treatment to relieve the premature ejaculation,improve the life of husband and wife,couples have sex harmony.Among all the drugs that used in Clinic trail for premature ejaculation,the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors(SSRIs)may be the most studied.Among them,Dapoxetine Hydrochloride Tablet is a new type of short-acting SSRIs therapeutic agents in the treatment of premature ejaculation,the drug in patients breaks the original pathology sex ejaculation reflex mechanism,gradually establish a normal ejaculation reflection mechanism,Significant increase the intrevagina ejaculatory latency time of Newly-married premature ejaculation patients,help patients to build self-confidence,improve the newly-married couples sexual satisfaction,and less adverse reaction,is worth popularizing further clinical research.Objective: To explore the efficacy of Dapoxetine Hydrochloride Tablet in the treatment of Newly-married premature ejaculation.Methods: Clinical data of Newly-married PE patients treated with Dapoxetine Hydrochloride Tablet in our hospital during Apr.to Oct.2015 were collected in this open and prospective study.All patients received Priligy 30mg×12,the intra-vaginal ejaculation latency time(IELT),premature ejaculation diagnostic tool(PEDT)before and after the therapy were recorded,and the clinical global impression of change(CGIC)was collected in the follow-up.Results: The IELT before treatment was(63.40±33.50)second,and increased to(134.40±52.92)second after one month therapy,and(242±111.87)second after two month therapy.The PEDT before treatment was(14.16±3.57),and change to(9.08±3.60)after one month therapy,and(5.20±3.96)after two month therapy.A total of 84% PE patients were responsive to Dapoxetine Hydrochloride Tablet therapy a month later,and 92% two month later.The adverse reactions included dizziness,nausea,insomnia,diarrhea and ejaculatory difficulties,but they were mild and were well tolerated.Conclusions: IELT of the newly-married PE patients was significantly prolonged,and the sex life satisfaction of the newly-married couples was increased,and the adverse reactions were less,treated with Dapoxetine Hydrochloride Tablet,which is worthy of further clinical study.
