The Study Of Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Patients With Premature Ejaculation (PE) And Syndrome Of Non-consolidation Of Kidney Qi By Dapoxetine Hydrochloride Tablet Combined Capsule Of Canrongzhutian

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of patients with premature ejaculation (PE) and syndrome of non-consolidation of Kidney Qi by Dapoxetine Hydrochloride Tablet combined capsule of Canrongzhutian after surgery. To explore the curative effect of conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine to improve symptoms and the quality of life in patients with PE.MethodsSelect cases matched the inclusion criteria for treatment and observation. All the patients were from out-patient department of the First affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM, and the time limited from March 2015,2015 to December 2015, a total of 78 cases were selected..78 cases were divided to 3 groups by the random number table. Three groups were named the treatment group、the control group A and the control group B, they all were 26 cases. Age、CIPE-5 sores(Chinese index of sexual function for premature ejaculation) and IELT(intravaginal ejaculatory latency time) were checked by the statistical treatment, there was no significant difference (P>0.05). Three groups were given drug treatment. ①The patients who in treatment group were cured by capsule of Canrongzhutian (2# bid po 4W) and Dapoxetine Hydrochloride Tablet(30mg po 2h before sex). ②The patients in control group A were cured by capsule of Canrongzhutian(2# bid po 4W).③The patients in control group A were cured by Dapoxetine Hydrochloride Tablet(30mg po 2h before sex). After one month, the patients returned were understood the illness and evaluated by the CIPE-5 sores and IELT.Results75 cases were understood the illness and evaluated by the CIPE-5 and IELT when they returned (three group all lost 1 case). All the data after statistics processing, ①about the CIPE-5 sores (point):the treatment group mean sores (10.54±2.70) before treatment, increased to (21.28±5.84), the control group A from (10.46±2.90) to (17.40±6.52), the control group B from (10.62±2.82) to (17.20±6.34).Within the group to compare three groups had statistical significance(P<0.05). Comparison between groups:statistical significance was both found between the treatment group and the control group A (P<0.05) and between the treatment group and the control group B (P<0.05).statistical significance was not found between the control A and the control group B (P>0.05).②About the ILET (min):the treatment group average IELT extended from patients (0.95±0.40) before treatment to (3.16±1.13), the control group A from (1.00±0.40) to (2.43±1.24), the control group B from (0.97±0.40) to (2.33±1.22).Within the group to compare three groups have statistical significance (P<0.05). Comparison between groups statistical significance was both found between the treatment group and the control group A (P<0.05) and between the treatment group and the control group B (P<0.05), statistical significance was not found between the control A and the control group B (P>0.05).③After treatment, the treatment group effective rate was 88%, the control group A was 68%, the control group B was 64%, by comparison, the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group A and the control group B, the difference was statistically significance (P<0.05), while the control group A and the control group B had no significant difference in efficiency (P>0.05)ConclusionThe improvement in the symptoms of the patients on the treatment of patients with premature ejaculation (PE) and syndrome of non-consolidation of Kidney Qi by Dapoxetine Hydrochloride Tablet combined capsule of Canrongzhutian was much better than the treatment by Dapoxetine Hydrochloride Tablet alone or capsule of Canrongzhutian alone. Integrative treatment of premature ejaculation, had obvious advantages,was worthy of further promotion.
