Clinical Effect Of Yishenjiangzhuo Granule For Chronic Renal Failure And Effect To Serum Adiponectin

Objectives: To observe the clinical result of Yishenjiangzhuo Granule in patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) and the change of serum adiponectin level. To approach the relation between CRF and the serum adiponectin , the relation between serum adiponectin and the lipid metabolism . And to prob the clinical effect of Yishenjiangzhuo Granule once more. Meanwhile,to approach the effect of the serum adiponectin react in the patients with CRF,thereby, we may form the new mode of the early diagnosis and treatment for the patients of CRF.Materials and Methods: Diagnosis and depletion standardization: According to the standard formulated by the kidney group of Chinese journal of internal medicine in 1993, 60 patients with CRF were divided into treatment group and contrast group at random, treatment group is 30 case and contrast group is also 30 case , Patients of treatment group took the Yishenjingzhou Granule three pouches per day and add modern medicine conventional therapy; Patients of contrast group simple took the modern medicine conventional therapy only. Two groups all took 2 month as 1 course of treatment , Observe the change of renal function and symptoms. 20 healthy people were taken as the normal group,. Make dependablity analysis with adiponectin and all the rest indexis of three groups .Results:The serum adiponectin level was significantly increased in patients with CRF compared with the normal group (P<0.01). the serum adiponectin level of patient is positively correlated to the level of serum creatinine and total cholesterol(TC); negatively correlated to endogenous creatinine clearance (Ccr), and non-correlated to triglyceride (TG) and urea nitrogen(UN). The serum adiponectin level of treatment group and contrast group have both significantly degrade after treatment (p<0.01). But The therapeutic efficacy of treatment group is much better than that of contrast group. (P<0.05),The function of kidney and the level of blood fat of two groups have both improve (P<0.05) , But The therapeutic efficacy of treatment group is much better than that of contrast group (P<0.05) . Two groups have not obviously heart-blood vessel diseases.Conclusion: (1) The therapeutic effect of Yishenjingzhou Granule add modern medicine conventional therapeutic is much better than that of modern medicine conventional therapeutic. (2) The therapeutic effect of Yishenjingzhou Granule add modern medicine conventional therapeutic can improve the function of kidney and the disturbant state of lipid metabolism . (3)The serum adiponectin level in patients with CRF is higher than that of normal group. It is may be related with the units of kidney part loss. The serum adiponectin level of treatment group and contrast group have both significantly degrade after treatment. But The therapeutic efficacy of treatment group is much better than that of contrast group,we can summary that the kindey may be the emunctory of serum adiponectin.(4)The incidence of heart-blood vessel complication of CRF patients is higher than health people. It may be because of the impact of the factors including high level of creatinine , urea nitrogen and so on.The high serum adiponectin level does not play a part in the antiinflammatory and antiatherogenic.
